In order to further improve the interpretation service level of the Yangjialing Revolutionary Site missionary staff and forge a missionary team with excellent business, high quality and strong style, on October 17, Xue Jian, deputy director of the Yangjialing Revolutionary Site, and Liu Yan, the head of the missionary and education, organized all the tour guides to conduct a trial lecture on the positions, and examine the appearance, language expression, and explanation content.
This trial lecture mainly focuses on the visiting base of the Yangjialing Revolutionary Site. During the trial lecture, the lecturers were serious and full of energy, showing a good image of the missionary team. After the trial lecture of
, the missionary leader Liu Yan gave a detailed comment on the performance of each tour guide, pointed out the existing problems and shortcomings with his own experience, and put forward targeted suggestions. In his summary speech, Xue Jian, deputy director, pointed out: This trial lecture is a survey of everyone's explanation of service levels. The overall performance is good but there are still shortcomings. I hope that everyone can "go to the top of the pole in the future." Be politically conscious and strengthen learning. Everyone should dig deep into the cultural connotation of Yangjialing , strive to transform into a "knowledge-oriented, expert-oriented, and scholar-oriented" tour guide, and truly shoulder the mission of telling the Yan'an story well and inheriting the red gene. We must strengthen work style construction and improve service concepts. Everyone’s explanations should be in-depth and warm. We should establish a service concept that tourists first, so that every group of tourists who come to visit can feel the enthusiastic service and draw the power of faith from the Yan'an story. We must make up for shortcomings and compete healthily. Today's trial lecture can clearly feel that the team's explanations are uneven. We must quickly form a healthy competitive atmosphere of catching up with each other and give full play to the excellent style of "passing on and leading" propaganda personnel in the Memorial Land Management Bureau system.
