Chen Mingliang, who was detained, was a gangster in Chongqing, and only had the same name and surname as Chen Mingliang, a Shanxi native.

At the same time, according to Liu Guangfu's testimony in the "Criminal Judgment of the Case of Defendant Liu Guangfu's Criminal Escapist", at that time, Chongqing Zhengyi Company seemed to have entrusted Liu Guangfu to acquire a real estate project in Chenjiawan, Shapingba District, Chongqing through personal relationships, and the chairman of Zhengyi Company also gave Liu Guangfu 3 million yuan in activity funds. Mr. Chen Mingliang, as the executive director and president, also knew about this.
However, what Lantai has found is that in 2016, Chongqing Zhengyi Company was involved in a civil lawsuit with a total amount of 32 million yuan, with Chongqing Zhengyi Company as the defendant; as early as 2014, Chongqing Zhengyi Company was involved in a civil lawsuit with a total amount of 23 million yuan, and at this time, the legal person of Chongqing Zhengyi Company was already Liu Guangfu.
By the way, the court finally supported the plaintiff's claim against Chongqing Zhengyi Company in both cases.
I don’t know what Chen Mingliang, who stepped down as president of Chongqing Shanxi Chamber of Commerce in 2014, knew that Chongqing Zhengyi Industrial Company was involved in a civil lawsuit of 23 million yuan, and he thought.
As for Beijing Fuyue Investment Co., Ltd., which Mr. Chen Mingliang has served as president for 15 years, it is even more amazing.
The result found by Lantai is that the company's legal person and the only two shareholders have become "broken trustees" who restrict high consumption, and are facing more than 10 civil lawsuits, but Mr. Chen Mingliang himself does not own shares in the company.
At the same time, according to relevant laws, as early as 2014 when Mr. Chen Mingliang was the president, Beijing Fuyue Investment Co., Ltd. was involved in an equity transfer dispute with an amount of up to 72.5 million yuan.
is probably Shenzhen Hongrui transferred shares worth 72.5 million yuan to Beijing Fuyue Investment Co., Ltd., and Beijing Fuyue did not pay the money on time.
However, according to the relevant court judgment, Beijing Fuyue Investment Co., Ltd. is a sole proprietorship company, and Mr. Chen Mingliang does not have shares in Beijing Fuyue Investment Co., Ltd. in the public information.
