Zhu Yuanzhang and Liu Bang are two rare civilian emperors in ancient Chinese history, and later generations will often compare the two together. In contrast, on the surface, the two people are very similar, and they are a kind of person. They were all at the bottom of the society and finally made their fortunes. Liu Bang was the chief of the pavilion, and Zhu Yuanzhang was a peasant and a temporary monk. It was all because of a political marriage that he married a wife. Lu Zhi's father found Liu Bang as an emperor and married his daughter to him. Guo Zixing believed that Zhu Yuanzhang was a talent and married his adopted daughter to him.
These two women are not ordinary. Lu Zhi is ruthless and political, and Ma is gentle and kind. He also did the same thing, that is, wanton the king, but the outcome of this matter is different. After the Rebellion of the Eight Kings, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty settled the matter with a decree of grace. Zhu Yunwen wanted to cut the clan but was destroyed by Zhu Di. In this way, the two seem to be the same kind of person? But in fact, if you look closely, you will find that Zhu Yuanzhang and Liu Bang are basically two kinds of people, at least in terms of thinking and ability.
Military strategic vision and commanding talent
In the impression of many people, Liu Bang's military talent is almost the same as nothing, and it is all due to Han Xin, Ying Bu, and Peng Yue. In fact, Liu Bang is indeed inferior to Han Xin in terms of military command ability. After all, it is a fact that his army of 560,000 lost to the Chu army of 30,000 in the first battle of Pengcheng. Liu Bang himself admitted this, he once said: I am not as good as Zhang Liang in strategizing and winning a thousand miles, I am not as good as Xiao He in defending the country and appease the people, and I am not as good as Han Xin when I win the battle.
But he has a high strategic vision and decision-making ability. Since I don't have this ability, I will reuse people who have this ability. When his subordinates put forward a lot of opinions, he can make correct decisions, such as the very risky strategy proposed by Han Xin.With Liu Bang enticing Xiang Yu from the front, Han Xin took the opportunity to attack Xiang Yu's vassals from Wei, Zhao, etc., and then encircled Xiang Yu after the settlement was settled. This plan was very risky, but Liu Bang agreed. He saw the possibility behind the plan.
Zhu Yuanzhang is different. Although he is also a peasant, his military talents are on the list of emperors. He is good at navigating war, has a long-term strategy, and takes the initiative. At that time, Zhu Yuanzhang faced a very harsh environment, with Zhang Shicheng in the east and Chen Youliang in the west. Both are stronger than him, but Zhang Shicheng is weaker than Chen Youliang, so everyone below thinks that the weaker Zhang Shicheng should be attacked first.
But Zhu Yuanzhang rejected this proposal and put forward his own opinion: Zhang Shicheng is small and has no foresight, and Chen Youliang is arrogant and makes trouble. To put it simply, if you beat Zhang Shicheng, Chen Youliang will rescue him, but if you beat Chen Youliang, Zhang Shicheng, who has no vision, will not rescue him. Facts have proved that following this plan was very successful. When fighting Chen Youliang, Zhang Shicheng really couldn't save him. After Chen Youliang has been dealt with, it will be much easier to deal with Zhang Shicheng, and finally overthrow the Yuan Dynasty and establish the Ming Dynasty.
can have different identities and
can have different identities, resulting in different identities. One centrally schedules the other as both an employee and a boss. Many of Liu Bang's great achievements were created by his subordinates, and he was in charge of governing, but Zhu Yuanzhang himself created it first and ruled later. In the process of Liu Bang's domination of the world, his main task was to give his subordinates enough power to cooperate with each other.
Han Xin was good at fighting to give military power, Xiao He Shanzheng sat at the back, and Zhang Liangshan kept beside him. Zhu Yuanzhang, on the other hand, had something to do with himself or even lead troops to fight. The people under him had their own opinions, and he directly gave his own set of plans. In this way, Zhu Yuanzhang is both a good employee and a management boss.
The way they treat heroes and countries
This is also very different. It is generally believed that Liu Bang and Zhu Yuanzhang were both ruthless people who killed many heroes. But if you look closely at the list of killed heroes, you will find that Han Xin, Ying Bu, and Peng Yue killed by Liu Bang are all kings with different surnames of the master of Gong Gao Zhen. His old team, such as Zhang Liang, Xiao He and others, were basically safe and sound. Zhu Yuanzhang was different. Whether he was a different surnamed Wang or an old group, all of them had to die.
This is caused by thinking. Liu Bang has no low self-esteem, but Zhu Yuanzhang has a little low self-esteem because of his background. After becoming emperor, he was afraid that the founding fathers would not lose their tails, so he insisted on getting rid of them for the sake of future generations. This is caused by his childhood experience. With his experience, it is normal to hate corrupt officials. It is for this reason that the two have different attitudes towards Jiangshan. Liu Bang got Jiangshan and began to indulge in fine wine and beauties. After Zhu Yuanzhang became the emperor, he was even more industrious and even worried. He was the most industrious emperor in all dynasties.
