Gfk released the latest data on physical game sales in the UK last week. The EA football game "FIFA 23" that just released was the top of the UK physical game, and also surpassed the sales data at the time of the release of "FIFA 22". The PS version of "FIFA 23" accounts for the highest proportion of total sales, with PS5 accounting for 41% of sales and PS4 accounting for 30%; Xbox One accounting for 17%, and both XSX|S and Switch versions are 6%.

The hot sales of "FIFA 23" have led to a 420% increase in sales in the entire UK game retail market compared with last week, and also drove "Squirter 3" out of the top spot in the past three weeks. The game Nintendo ranked second, with sales down 14% month-on-month.

Meanwhile, "Lego Star Wars: Legend of Skywalker" Legend of Skywalker increased significantly last week, up 252%, climbing from tenth to third place. This growth is particularly significant on the PS5. SE's " Nordic goddess " ranked 12th in sales after its first release.
