Now, wineries of all sizes were no longer smoking! However, if the winery does not smoke or smell the aroma of wine, does it really mean that the winery produces all alcoholic wine?
In fact, this is not the case. Everyone always stubbornly believes that wineries use coal as production fuel, so when brewing wine, they will definitely smoke and smell the scent of wine tank . However, everyone has ignored the progress of the times and has only a little understanding of the production process of liquor.

So, nowadays, you can’t see the smoke from the winery or smell the fragrance of wine lees. In fact, it is a proof of the progress of social science and technology and the enhancement of human environmental awareness.
Reason 3: production cycle different
Even pure grain wines have different fragrances, and the brewing process and production cycle of different fragrances of white wines are also different.
When brewing wine, every link has strict time, temperature, humidity and other requirements. Moreover, pure grain wine needs to be fermented naturally and must wait until the temperature is appropriate before steaming the wine. Therefore, even wineries that are backward in development and are still using coal fuel cannot steam grain every day.
And other words, the smoke emitted when steaming grain and wine is also white smoke of water vapor, not thick smoke, so it will dissipate in a short while, making it difficult for outsiders to see it.
So, now we can no longer look at the current wine companies from the perspective of the past. If a winery is brewing, smoke and sewage flow every day, and even the most basic environmental protection cannot meet the requirements, how can you believe that the quality of the liquor they brew is guaranteed?
