Yantai , a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Shandong Province, is a port city and a national historical and cultural city.

project is a representative work of China's new medicine and will help Yantai build the entire industrial chain of biomedicine . The
project is located in the north of Dongxing Street, Mouping District, covering an area of 570 mu, with a construction area of 650,000 square meters, and a total of 22 single buildings. After the park is completed, it is estimated that the annual output value of the park enterprises will be 18 billion yuan, annual profit and tax of 3.6 billion yuan, and 5,000 new jobs will be created.

It is reported that the project is very fast to build , with more than 13,000 pile foundations completed in 56 days, and a maximum of more than 550 piles completed in a single day. The replacement work of more than 1.1 million cubic meters of earthwork was completed in 15 days, the first single building was topped out in 118 days, and all the main bodies of 22 single buildings were topped out in 196 days.
