In the four years since Nie Yihong was the general manager of the Science and Technology Department, China First Heavy Industry Corporation has successively completed the national demonstration projects "CAP1400" and "Hualong No. 1" nuclear reactor pressure vessel manufacturing tasks, successfully providing a full set of forgings for the main pipeline "Hualong No. 1", achieving a breakthrough in the engineering of hollow forging process of independent development of the main pipeline, and realizing the domestic production of my country's third-generation nuclear power nuclear island first circuit main equipment and the main large forgings of conventional islands. The company pioneered the extrusion technology of large-scale nickel-based alloy forgings forgings of 700℃, achieving an original breakthrough in cutting-edge leading technologies.At the same time, the company independently developed the world's largest single 3025-ton slurry bed forged and welded hydrogenation reactor , once again setting a world manufacturing record. It has successively conquered 19 key technologies such as the engineering research of the new generation of nuclear pressure vessel steel (508-Ⅳ steel), and broke the foreign technology monopoly 21 major scientific and technological achievements, including high-efficiency thin-spec stainless steel hot rolling production line technology.
