The total installed capacity is 750,000 kilowatts, including 150,000 kilowatts of energy storage, 600,000 kilowatts of ground centralized photovoltaic power station and related ancillary facilities; the Zhonghuan International Logistics Park project of Xinjiang Zhonghuan Logistics Co., Ltd. has a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan and covers an area of 800 mu. It has been completed in two phases, with an investment of 1.5 billion yuan in the first phase and an area of 600 mu. It is built into an industrial park integrating accommodation, catering, automobile repair, parking lots, and logistics and warehousing. The second phase will be invested 1 billion yuan, covering an area of 200 mu, and a hazardous chemical supervision database will be built; Xinjiang Energy Group's "Belt and Road" international logistics system innovative development will lead the trial of the first phase of the highway and railway port project, with an investment of 4 billion yuan and a total planned area of 18.8 square kilometers. The first phase will build a multifunctional, professional, digital and green "Belt and Road" international logistics hub integrating eight major functions such as logistics, commerce, warehousing, processing, information, finance, exhibition, and service office.
