On the morning of December 20, at the opening ceremony of the 2022 Qingdao International Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Week and the 22nd "Blue Fair", the Qingdao "Unveiling the List and Taking Charge" docking platform version 2.0 was launched online. Based on the "Demand List" module of version 1.0, the platform launches the "Achievements List" module to enable talents (teams) to independently release scientific research achievement projects on a regular basis, independently determine the direction of achievement transformation, and find users and transformation paths for the results for the whole society.
The first batch of "Results List" released, including 215 scientific research achievement projects in 10 key industrial fields such as high-end equipment, new materials and new energy, was announced by talents (teams) from 14 universities and research institutes including China University of Petroleum (East China), Shandong University, Ocean University of China, Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Processes, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shandong Academy of Marine Science.
It is understood that since version 1.0 of Qingdao’s “unveiling the list and taking charge” docking platform was launched at the municipal party committee’s talent work conference in April this year, companies have released a total of 281 demand lists, totaling 1.36 billion yuan, and attracted 219 talents (teams) to unveil 203 projects, totaling 810 million yuan. Currently, 57 projects have entered into substantial contract signing. The platform's link resources cover professional team operations, expert consulting services, technical broker services, "unveiling and leading insurance", etc. Those who cooperate through the platform can enjoy policy support such as talent introduction, "matchmaker awards", "talent enclaves" and recommended talent projects at all levels, and encourage two-way enthusiasm for unveiling and publishing.
Bu Zhaohui, general manager of Qingdao Job Street Big Data Technology Co., Ltd., which publishes the list on the platform, said: "The platform is government-led, has high credibility, market operation, and flexibility, and can find more efficient solutions for various problems that companies urgently need public relations for." It can start scientific research and directly help cultivate talents and activate intellectual resources in universities. "
Wu Xuexin, deputy director of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, introduced that the "Achievements List" module was launched in version 2.0.
