First, build a high ideological dam of integrity. Since December, the Party Committee of the Xinzheng City Branch has publicized and implemented system documents such as "Three Important Ones" and " One Post, Two Responsibilities" by organizing collective integrity forums and one-on-one heart-to-heart talks with county branch leaders, so that party members and cadres are tightened with integrity and the bell of integrity is ringing. The second is to implement and promote a culture of integrity. Actively do a good job in building a culture of integrity within the jurisdiction, and integrate the culture of integrity into every employee's daily life through cultural walls and integrity brochures with rich pictures and texts; make full use of the electronic display screens of business outlets and self-service equipment to display anti-corruption culture slogans on a rolling basis, comprehensively cultivate the value orientation of taking integrity as beauty and taking pride in integrity, create a strong atmosphere of integrity, and convey the positive energy of clean finance. The third is to improve the external supervision mechanism. We sincerely accept the supervision of credit customers by publicly posting the reporting hotline and informing customers that they can report employees' violations of integrity in loan processing and other irregularities to relevant departments through phone calls, letters, interviews, etc.
