Some projects have created industry miracles that can make money after two days, while others have struggled to end up with no results.

There are good times when outstanding partners work together, and there are also dim moments when accompanying pig teammates to jump into pits.

How many fifteen years can you have in your life, and there are not many times in your life to truly work hard.

Sometimes one step is wrong, one step will be wrong. Sometimes, if you take the right step, your future will be bright.

part-time time in college, growth is limited

During college, I was full of curiosity about the outside world.

Some bosses are still friends, and some bosses turn around and don’t know who you are.

When I first left school and started working, I was still an innocent rural boy at that time, imagining the bright future. But after several years of part-time off-campus work, I saw another world that was different from what I imagined.

But obviously, the world I see is just a very small world.

There are many worlds, and we need to spend our whole life understanding it, but many people may not be able to understand how complicated this world is in the end.

Suddenly thought of a lyric: The world is simple, but the complexity is people.

Maybe this is true, people's hearts are unpredictable, and things in the world are unpredictable.

It was also at that time that I came into contact with the direct sales industry .

I remember it was the second half of 2007. Under the leadership of a boss who had worked part-time before, I came to the office of the teacher who described it very well. It is said that the teacher earned more than one million yuan a year.

I don’t have any idea about annual income of millions, because I think that should be something that a big boss can do.

But this person, known as the teacher, looks to be in his 50s last year and speaks Mandarin with a strong local accent.

When I first started the communication, except for my heart full of admiration, I didn’t understand most of what he said.

He told me that he is engaged in marketing work in a multinational company and is a senior marketing manager of a masonry and stone in this multinational company.

I thought back then why the senior marketing manager still called the prefix of brick and stone, but didn't ask.

later found out that this is just a level name for this multinational company after its performance and team meet certain requirements.

In addition to the level of this brick and stone, the one that is one level lower than the brick and stone is called jade, the two brick and stone are also three brick and stone and four brick and stone. It is said that the highest level is five brick and stone (Crown Ambassador).

If you have developed in the direct sales industry, you should know which direct sales company I am talking about. Today, this company has become a popular online word commonly used on the Internet.That’s right, it’s the direct sales company called “Amway You”.

Later, I went there two years ago. After participating in the brainwashing of teachers and several courses, I spent hundreds of dollars to apply for a membership card, borrowed money to buy products and product demonstration tools for several thousand dollars, joined this company, and became a direct salesperson at the lowest level.

This company is quite formal. It has signed a direct salesperson contract and issued a direct salesperson certificate to prove that it is a marketing model that complies with national regulations.

At that time, I thought collecting millions a year was the ultimate goal of my life struggle. The teacher mentioned above has earned an annual income of one million in 8 years. I think I can do it, because I think I am younger than him. He can do it, and I can do it.

At that time, I didn’t have any good connections in the city, only my classmates and alumni in the school, plus some small bosses I met during the part-time job.

But I think such a good product and these good money-making opportunities must be what everyone needs.

Especially people from the countryside who need money-making opportunities like me.

After a period of study, I feel that I can come out and explore the market.

As the saying goes, a newborn calf is not afraid of a tiger. I began to follow the process of "Career Success" taught by my superior teacher. The first step was to make the list. I put all the people I know on the list. I counted it and there were more than a hundred lists.

I am so excited that I actually met more than 100 people in this city. Even if there are ten people who work with me, I will succeed!

So I started to enter the second step, invite.

In fact, the invitation work is not difficult. In the end, I successfully invited more than a dozen classmates or alumni to join me in the team's studio to listen to the class.

Finally, after a period of third step of work and following up, several classmates or alumni either chose to buy products or joined my team to do this great cause with me.

At that time, I was full of confidence, and I even felt that I was getting closer to the goal of collecting millions every year, and I was filled with sunshine and strength every day.

After about three months, when a large team held an investment promotion conference (also called Chenggong) in a hotel, my team accounted for one-third of the meeting of more than 200 people.

I think success is not far from me. I am a college student who always wears a suit and tie and walks on the road to school. It seems to be a successful person.

is often teased by my classmates, saying that I am the most appealing person in the school, and dozens of war generals under my command are helping me expand my territory.

My vanity has been satisfied to the greatest extent, and I think I will definitely become a person who can glorify my ancestors.

In this highlight moment, I devote my main time to this great cause every day.

But in fact, our imagination is beautiful, but reality is very skinny.

Most of the people in my team are college students, and their consumption capacity and connections are very limited. There are many people in the team, but their sales performance is very small. Everyone is shouting slogans with their passion and making money. The biggest problem caused by

is that the money we make is not enough for our expenses.

The system of this company is that all expenses have to be paid by themselves, and the income is only linked to the sales performance. If there is no performance, then the income will be zero.

And when my team grew bigger, my superiors asked me to rent an office and share the various expenses in the studio. Including meeting fees, water and electricity fees, meeting fees, catering fees and travel fees, etc. A studio is sometimes composed of many small teams, sharing a large conference room. All fees for

are AA system. There is nothing wrong with the AA system, but when the income cannot support the expenses, the team will have various problems.

Some people have their studies affected, some have their internal conflicts with each other, and some have their teams recruited people to quit, and various problems are emerging one after another.

But at that time, I didn’t think these problems were all problems, I just thought that it might be because I didn’t work hard enough or my ability was not enough.

So he followed the leaders to other places to attend large-scale training meetings and exchanged and studied in various places.

After a period of in-depth understanding, I finally realized that the teacher’s statement that he earned million yuan in annual income was simply a lie.

was because once he asked me to teach him some functions with a new phone I just bought, and a monthly income text message was sent over. I saw that the number was more than 20,000. So I thought that if the monthly income is more than 20,000 yuan, plus the annual so-called company rewards and dividends, it is impossible to collect one million yuan every year, and it may not be possible to get a half discount.

At that time, I was still very familiar with the company's bonus distribution system, because I was basically explaining this in the team called the OPP bonus distribution system. Although

is also at his level, due to the differences in team depth and width, it also has an annual income of millions.

But you obviously don’t have it, you have to say that you have so many.

So I started to think about whether it was the teacher lying or everyone was lying together.

After many problems arise, I think there may be problems with this team or the company's distribution system.

Just at this time, I came into contact with a domestic direct sales company. I just got the direct sales license. It is said that the bonus system is very reasonable.

also said that the country is vigorously supporting national direct sales enterprises. Many senior management and marketing team leaders of foreign direct sales companies have switched jobs to domestically-owned direct sales enterprises.

Because of the above problems, I also consider whether to change to a direct sales platform and work harder.

So, I learned about this direct sales company and finally decided to join this domestic direct sales company.

But the fact is not as simple as I thought. The problems that existed in the original team also exist in the new team.

may be different in the bonus distribution system, but the success of a company is not enough to rely solely on the fund allocation mechanism, and is also affected by various factors such as products, services and policies.

But then again, isn't this the case in any industry?

is just the direct sales industry that pushes dreams too much, but it makes many jobs impossible to implement.

But direct sales are also an industry that trains people. I have also grown a lot in this industry, and I have gained some communication skills and marketing planning skills. It also helped me in my later entrepreneurship.

But we need to see a fact clearly that not everyone is suitable for this industry.

If you don’t have certain resources and perseverance, don’t enter this industry. After all, there are only a few people who can stand at the top of the pyramid. As the saying goes, will succeed in the bones of thousands of people.
