43-year-old Jin Hongxiang is an authentic Zhejiang native who has worked hard in Zhejiang for many years. As a manufacturing engineer, he has always had a desire to serve the country in an industry. In 2010, at a Qinghai specialty product promotion conference held in Zhejiang, he accidentally "meeted" Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, and was attracted by the rich wind and light energy resources there.
Just so happens that his company also has a project in Haixi , so he applied to Haixi Prefecture without hesitation. "The local new energy industry has huge room for development, so I want to come here to show my strength and see if I can do something." With full confidence, in March 2011, Jin Hongxiang came to Qaidam Basin .

The company's R&D funds have increased from hundreds of thousands of yuan in 2015 to more than 10 million yuan at the end of last year. "Developing industries means continuous innovation."
