In order to improve the overall level of business knowledge in the financial system, demonstrate the professional business skills and style of financial system cadres, and do a solid job in financial services in the new era, the Huangshan Central Branch of the People's Bank of China and the Huangshan Federation of Trade Unions jointly held the 2022 "Huizhou Hundred Workers" Huangshan Banking Financial Institutions Business Competition. A total of 22 banking institutions in the city participated. This business competition was divided into two parts: account management and service knowledge written test competition and account management business teaching and display.
After fierce competition in the written test competition, the Xiuning Rural Commercial Bank team composed of three employees, Cheng Caimin, Chen Xuemei, and Wang Yipin , was successfully shortlisted for the Account Management Business Teaching and Display Competition. Through the wonderful display of the lectures, Xiuning Rural Commercial Bank won the second prize of the 2022 "Huizhou Hundred Workers" Huangshan Banking Financial Institutions Business Competition Group, employee Chen Xuemei won the second prize of the individual comprehensive award, and employee engineering Caimin and Chen Xuemei won the honorary title of "Huangshan Gold Medal Employee".
