According to the relevant person in charge of the district e-commerce logistics center, the Hunan Hengyu New Retail Smart Industrial Park project covers an area of more than 100 mu, with a total construction area of 84,000 square meters, with a project investment of more than 350 million yuan. More than 300 workers work day and night, and it is expected that all of them will be completed and delivered by the beginning of 2023. The project is mainly prefabricated construction. The reservoir area adopts a double first floor design. The first floor is a reinforced concrete frame structure and the second floor is a gate steel frame structure.
