Shaanxi Digital Pharmaceutical Industrial Park project is located in the northwest corner of Tianzhang Avenue and Fengchan Road, Fengdong New City, with a construction area of 17.56 square meters. "We have made every effort to solve the problem of project construction by introducing fully automatic CNC cutting machines and adopting BIM technology, so as to improve operating efficiency, and achieve the project main structure top-up in a short period of time." The project leader of Shaanxi Digital Pharmaceutical Industrial Park introduced that at present, the main structure of the project has been topped up, and the interior decoration project of the factory building is underway. Plant 1 and Factory II are planned to be delivered to the owners in early November, and the office building and dormitory building are expected to be delivered in April next year.
At the same time, in order to ensure that the project is completed and put into use as soon as possible, Fengdong New City Information Industry Park has set up a special project working team to promptly track the project construction progress, assist construction units in purchasing materials, applying for electricity subsidies, loan interest subsidies, etc., and relying on Fengdong New City "Financial Service Port" to promote the project to reach a contract agreement with Bank of China and make every effort to do a good job in various guarantee service measures.
As a national pharmaceutical database standard demonstration park, Shaanxi Digital Pharmaceutical Industrial Park has created a "three centers and one hub" smart medical headquarters base integrating modern pharmaceutical distribution centers, pharmaceutical e-commerce circulation centers, imported joint venture product circulation hubs, and pharmaceutical business service centers. Focusing on the "three centers and one hubs", it has built automated three-dimensional libraries, AGV and other unmanned intelligent facilities to realize digital operations and fully introduce leading enterprises in the pharmaceutical industry. At present, leading domestic pharmaceutical companies such as JD Retail Cloud, JD Pharmacy National Headquarters, and Yangtze River North Headquarters have reached an intention to settle in.
