With the full capping of the main structure, the construction of the Caojiatan Innovation Center project has entered a new stage. It is expected that some individuals can meet the entry conditions by the end of 2023, be fully completed by the end of June 2024, and be delivered and used before the end of 2025. After the project is completed, it will become a comprehensive innovation center that integrates scientific research talents in colleges and universities, young entrepreneurial teams and regional local enterprise offices. It is expected to achieve an annual output value of 60 million yuan and absorb 1,000 labor and employment.
Caojiatan Innovation Center project is designed according to green building standards, using the concept of "technology and architecture", adopting the "five constant systems" of constant temperature, constant humidity, constant oxygen, constant static and constant purification. Through enclosure structure, ceiling radiation, sound insulation treatment, fresh air system , replacement ventilation system, etc., it provides people with a more comfortable office environment.
It is understood that the Caojiatan Innovation Center project ( Western Yungu html Phase 26) is located south of Pengkang Road, north of Railway Station East Road, east of Lindong Road, and west of Yinghua West Road. The total investment is about 1.428 billion yuan. The planned construction area of the project is about 148,200 square meters. The overall plan is 8 single buildings, Buildings 1-2, Buildings 3A, 3B, and Buildings 5-7 are a combination of R&D office + ground floor commercial, and Building 8 is a hotel. Among them, the R&D office building has a construction area of about 76,400 square meters, the hotel area is 14,400 square meters, and 161 rooms can be provided. There are two underground buildings, the first underground floor is the commercial underground part, with a construction area of 3088 square meters, and the second floor is a parking lot and can accommodate 1,300 vehicles.
