Intuitive Fosun Headquarters and Industrialization Base Project is located in the 40B-02 plot of Shanghai International Medical Park, Zhangjiang Science City, from the 40B-03 plot in the east, from the Tamboye Road in the south, from the Jinxing Shi Road in the west, and from the 40B-01 plot in the north. It is another major strategic layout of Fosun after the launch of the Da Vinci Innovation Center in Zhangjiang.
Intuitive Fosun Headquarters and Industrial Base Projects have a land area of 2.08 hectares, with a total construction area of 45,661 square meters, including 41,636 square meters above ground and 4,025 square meters underground. The project started on August 1, 2022 and is scheduled to be completed in 2025. It is currently under construction in the pile foundation project.

The project will build three new buildings, namely production, warehouse, power center, experimental center and office R&D complex. The main building has a height of 30 meters. After the project is completed, it will mainly produce and develop medical surgical robot products including the Da Vinci surgical robot system, the robot assisted control bronchoscopy navigation system, etc.
Intuitive Fosun’s headquarters and industrialization base project officially started construction, marking that Intuitive Fosun integrates multiple locations into a large park including production, manufacturing and innovation, and is also another important milestone in the Intuitive Fosun’s deepening of the development model of long-term joint ventures and the strategic layout of localization.
