In addition to relying on the parent company's technology R&D platform and technical personnel sharing, there are currently 20 R&D personnel, mainly engaged in the research and development, pilot, production and other work of pentanediamine and nylon 56 projects. At present, the company's 10,000-ton continuous polymerization production line with an investment of 92 million yuan is under construction. After the nylon 56 project is completed, the production scale of 5,000 tons of pentyldiamine, 20,000 tons of nylon 56 salt, 10,000 tons of nylon 56 slices and 10,000 tons of potassium sulfate will be formed. The output value is expected to exceed 600 million yuan, and the economic benefits are considerable. After production, technology, costs, and market development stabilize, it will provide guarantees for the company's next energy expansion.

The implementation of the project can get rid of the monopoly of foreign giants on the raw material of nylon 66 production hexanediamine , and break through the technical bottleneck for my country's bulk amino acid products and extend the product industry chain, which has realistic demonstration significance.
