htmlOn September 28, the 12th 500 kV substation in Beijing, the 500 kV substation in Tongzhou North 500 kV substation project was officially put into production and generation. After the project is put into production, the 500 kV ring grid structure in Beijing will be improved, and the existing grid structure will be adjusted to 8 partitions to 9 partitions, which will be conducive to the further resolution of the Beijing power grid, effectively meeting the load growth needs of the eastern part of Beijing, and improving the power reception and power supply capacity of the Beijing power grid, which is of great significance to serving the urban sub-center and ensuring the economic and social development of the capital.
The project is located in Songzhuang Town, Tongzhou District, with a total land area of 66,805 square meters and a construction area of about 1,334 square meters. Construction officially started in September 2020. The Sub-Center Engineering Office fully plays the role of the Sub-Center Engineering Construction Command Platform and properly solves various problems in the project in terms of procedures, construction entry, land acquisition and demolition, and normalized epidemic prevention and control. The construction unit State Grid Beijing Construction Consulting Company organized all participating units to focus on the goal of striving to achieve national quality projects and create a full-process and professional benchmark demonstration project.
This project actively carries out green construction, realizes factory-based processing and prefabricated installation of building materials, reduces on-site wet operations, and reduces building materials loss rate. Innovatively developed and applied fiber bead chain large-volume soil technology, prefabricated wall installation all-in-one machine, 220 kV electrical general test sleeve and other technologies. It has won 2 provincial and ministerial science and technology progress awards, 3 provincial and ministerial quality management team awards, and 5 utility model patents.
Next, the Sub-Center Engineering Office will continue to accelerate the construction of the 220 kV substation downstream of the Creative Park of the 500 kV substation in Tongzhou North, providing safer and more reliable electricity use guarantees for urban sub-center housing projects, the First Experimental School, and Anzhen Hospital Tongzhou Campus and other projects.
