The financial affairs of each village in 2019-2020 will be thoroughly cleaned up.
First, grasp the key points and carefully check. The focus of this work is to clean up the village collective financial expenses and the implementation of the village collective financial management system by individual village cadres. On the basis of the self-inspection of each village, the town clean-up team adopted methods such as interviews, checking accounts, vouchers, original documents and reviewing meeting minutes. and so on to verify item by item, and focus on clearing up, one case by one, poverty alleviation funds and hot issues reported by the masses, and finally form a detailed village-level financial clearing up report.
The second is to strictly control and strengthen rectification. During the clean-up work, the clean-up team strictly checked, insisted on seeking truth from facts, and ensured the authenticity, accuracy and integrity of various data. At the same time, for problems such as irregular accounting management, unreasonable accounting expenditures, and unsound expenditure procedures, it was ordered to rectify within a time limit.
The third is to publish the list and accept supervision. After the inspection, the results of the financial clean-up shall be publicized in a timely manner, and they shall actively accept the supervision of the masses and the society.
Up to now, the financial clean-up work of 1 fishery in 15 villages in the town has basically been completed. Through more than a month of village-level and financial clean-up work, the village-level financial management has been further standardized, and a clear and reassuring account has been handed over to the masses.
