02. Let your heart be strong
Do what you want to do, don't care what others say.
Practicing yoga is about having perseverance and perseverance.

People with strong hearts are not born, but gradually become stronger through continuous training after continuous hard work. As long as you are willing to exercise and make yourself stronger, I believe you will be able to do it.

03. Make the mind stable

Ignorance is generally divided into four types:

3. People who initially practice yoga, due to continuous practice of moral qualities such as love, sincerity, discipline, pleasure, clarity, peace, joy, etc., ignorance and chaos are temporarily suppressed, but as long as the practice is interrupted, even if only a few days later, ignorance and chaos will emerge immediately.
4. For ordinary people, their hearts are often filled with ignorance and chaos, unable to surpass them, and unable to control them.
For example: There is a wonderful performance in the club. A friend invites you to see it. You really want to see it, but at this time you have a yoga class. If you finally give up watching the performance and choose to go to the yoga class after thinking about it and weighing the pros and cons, then you are suppressing the ignorance and chaos. This is someone who practices yoga frequently.
But it does not mean that you have completely gotten rid of the ignorant chaos. If you lack discipline training in the future, it will emerge again. This is the first person who practices yoga.
When you hear a friend’s invitation and ask you to go to the club to watch the performance, you agree without thinking, and then you immediately follow him, and the person just follows you. Then you may follow your friend to the bar next door, and wait, completely forgetting that you still have a yoga class. When you think about it, you feel guilty and regret that you shouldn’t have been in ignorance and chaos. This is an average person.
Yoga practice is not practiced for people who have complete light in their hearts, nor is it practiced for people who have no light in their hearts, and it is not practiced for people who have no light in their hearts, and they do not know anything and do not want to know anything, but for people between the two.
