"The Style of the Week" is about good, bad and ugly as its fashion argument. It is a series of chapters released regularly, dedicated to unraveling the most popular outfits in the past seven days.

On Wednesday, Fashion magazine editor-in-chief Anna Wintour (Anna Wintour ) and actors Anne Hathaway (Anne Hathaway ) were assigned seats in the front row of Michael Kors' fashion show, and Life imitated art.

This film is based on Lauren Weisberger's 2003 novel of the same name and tells the hardships Sachs experienced when he clumsily traveled through the highest class of the fashion industry in pursuit of journalism. She briefly became the abused personal assistant to Iron Fist Magazine Editor Miranda Priestley (played by Meryl Streep ), a role widely believed to be inspired by Wintour himself.
About 17 years later, The Devil Wearing Prada is still considered one of the most interesting exhibitions about the absurdity of the industry. Seeing Hathaway sit shoulder to shoulder with the movie’s Muse, dressed in a dress that seemed to stand out from the closet of her character Andre Sachs (always in a real fashion show), the internet quickly seized the entire circle of moments. "It's given Andy Sachs 2022!" fashion watchdog Instagram wrote in a post that since last night, the post has been loved by more than 250,000 people.

But this is not the first time Hathaway has designed a self-referential fashion moment. The actor starred in a series of films that have become a pop cultural heritage: including her role as the introverted teenage princess Mia Semopolis in the "HTM1 Princess Diary " series (2001-2004). At the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year, Hathaway attended the red carpet screening of Armageddon Time in a flowing Armani Privé column skirt, which was popular for her similarity to the imperial outfit she often wore as Princess Genovia.

Hathaway and Wintour’s perfect reunion is the perfect ending of New York Fashion Week. The event returned this season, with a larger scale than ever after the February fashion show failed due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions. This charming paparazzi photo is incredible, you can almost hear Priestley whispering in her infamous pout: "Everyone wants this, everyone wants to be us."
