1. Massage base oil
is made of refined vegetable oil, mineral oil, antioxidants and other raw materials, and is used to dilute massage essential oil and/or oily products for human skin massage.
2. Massage essential oil
products that treat human skin by mixing one or more essential oils and/or purified oils and the fragrance ingredients contained in the essential oils/or purified oils added to improve their quality and appropriate amounts of solvents, antioxidants, etc. This product is not a cosmetic product that is directly used on human skin. It needs to be appropriately diluted with massage base oil and applied to the skin by applying or massage.

4. Technical requirements
4.1 The raw materials used for massage base oil and massage oil should comply with the provisions of Health Supervision and Administration No. [2007] 1. The massage essential oil used in massage oil should comply with the requirements of GB/T 26516.
4.2 Sensory, physics and chemistry should comply with the provisions of Table 1.
4.3 The sanitary indicators should comply with the provisions of Table 2.
4.4 Net content
should comply with National Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine Administration Order No. 75.
4.5 Packaging appearance requirements
should comply with the provisions of QB/T 1685.
