Hailey Kilgore is an American actor and singer. She plays Rebecca Gibbs in the TV series "Our Town" (2015), and in the musical "Once on This Island" "(2017-2019) is famous for playing the role of Ti Muen and the role of Lettuce Girl in the stage musical "Into the Forest" (2019).

was born in Oregon by a pair of Hayley in Texas Adopted by Tran’s couple. When she was in elementary school, the family moved to Happy Valley in the suburbs of Portland.

By the time she was 9 years old, she had already started participating in the local beauty pageant, and in 2012 she was named "Miss Oregon Youth in America". She was also named "NAM (Miss All America) Model of Spokesperson". In 2015, she won the Miss Oregon "Outstanding Youth" competition.
She participated in several stage plays in high school and participated in the Portland August Wilson Monologue Contest in 2014 and 2015. She ranked second in the 2015 competition and was eligible to participate in the National Monologue Contest at the Wilson Theater in August in New York.
