Recently, # Zhu Jun returns to work at CCTV# was trending on Weibo.
At noon on December 29, Zhu Jun posted a photo with the CCTV building on his personal Weibo, and posted: "Countdown to the New Year, on the way to work in Taili, traffic jams started again in Beijing." As can be seen from the photo, the 58-year-old Zhu Jun is a little fat.

It is reported that as early as 2018, some netizens revealed that they were harassed by Zhu Jun during their internship at CCTV. Subsequently, the parties went to court. Zhu Jun, a well-known CCTV host, also gradually faded out of the public eye after this incident and never appeared on CCTV programs again.
In December 2020, Zhu Jun responded to this matter for the first time on Weibo. After retweeting a related report, he said, "I have endured great humiliation for more than two years and have not spoken out because I firmly believe that the innocent will be punished and believe in the law. I responsibly tell all viewers that I have never touched that lady in the slightest. I hope that lynching people without evidence will not become a social practice."

Public information shows that the first instance of the case was held in September 2021. The Beijing Haidian District People’s Court held that the evidence submitted by the plaintiff Zhou Moumou was insufficient to prove Zhu’s claim of sexual harassment. Therefore, the first instance judgment rejected the plaintiff Zhou Moumou’s claim.
In August 2022, the second instance of the case was heard. The court held that the evidence submitted by the appellant Zhou Moumou was insufficient to prove that Zhu Moumou had committed sexual harassment against him, and the appeal request could not be established. The first-instance judgment found the facts clearly and applied the law correctly. Therefore, it ruled to reject all Zhou Moumou’s appeal requests and uphold the original judgment.
