To facilitate taxpayers to issue value-added tax electronic general invoices (hereinafter referred to as "electronic invoices"), we will now pay taxes in our city The following is a notice on issues related to the issuance of electronic invoices by people using third-party service platforms:

According to the “Guiding Opinions of the State Administration of Taxation on Further Promoting the Implementation of VAT Electronic General Invoices” (Shuizongfa [2017] No. 31) , Taxpayers can voluntarily choose to use electronic invoices or paper invoices. Taxpayers who issue electronic invoices can choose to build their own electronic invoice service platform or independently choose a third-party service platform for electronic invoices that has been filed with our bureau (see the attachment for the list of third-party service platforms for electronic invoices that have been filed with our bureau at present).

The third-party service platform for electronic invoices shall provide taxpayers with basic services such as the generation, printing, query, delivery, and electronic signature production of electronic invoice format files for free.

The third-party e-invoice service platform is obliged to keep corporate invoice data confidential, and must not use corporate invoice data for commercial profit-making activities.
