For example, if you define yourself as a person who can’t do anything, it is impossible for you to persevere in doing things. If you define yourself as a thin-skinned person, you will never be as good as a wolf or a tiger when doing things.

This is much like psychological self-suggestion, gaining power through hints. There are some ways to try to learn from.

has an idol method, which is to find an idol. It can be the people around you, or the celebrities. Think about one thing, what would he/she do if it were.

For example, if you want to eat junk food and want a good figure, you can't help it. Just put your idol into yourself and you will gain strength.

also has a future-oriented method, which is to think about who you will become and who you want to become in the future. Every time I do something, I think about whether it is good or bad for me.

This requires a deep understanding of the operating logic of the brain, which is, "for changing oneself, self-defined changes are the basis of behavioral changes."
