Matsuko is actually very beautiful, has a gentle personality, and sings deliciously, which can attract the attention of the opposite sex. At first glance, you will feel that she should be able to reap a happy love and a happy life.

The life of Matsuko who was disliked can also be called "the history of self-deprecating depravity of a beautiful woman."

Pine nuts are actually very beautiful, have a gentle personality, and are delicious in singing, which can attract the attention of the opposite sex.

After first glance, you will feel that she should be able to reap a happy love and a happy life.

But as the plot progresses, we see that she always makes some very "stupid" choices ——

When she was a teacher in school, she sheltered Aaron, a student who stole money, but was bitten by Aaron, resulting in being fired;

After running away from home, she fell in love with a writer with a serious violent tendency and was humiliated and beaten by the other party for many years;

After the writer committed suicide, he became the mistress of the writer's competitor, and even openly ran to love. The husband's family is showing off his power;

After being abandoned by his lover, he ran away the sex girl because of his lover's words "You are really sexy" and sold his lust;

easily believes a gangster who is cheated of money and is sexually lustful. In anger, he killed the other party by mistake and went to prison;

After being released from prison, she met Aaron, a student who stole money in the past. She abandoned her friends for Aaron, and became degenerate and sold drugs...

Just like that, she kept destroying her future, digging her own grave, and eventually had nothing, and died alone in a dilapidated apartment.

So, what made Matsuko's miserable life?

Based on the content clues of the video, I summarized 3 reasons:

Father's love that cannot be obtained but cannot be obtained

The whole video, the most profound impression of Matsuko should be her grimace.

In some tense and serious occasions, she always makes faces involuntarily, which looks very abrupt.

What is the source of this grimace?

is to make her dad laugh.

As long as I remember, my father had never seen her directly, nor had he smiled at her.

Why?

Because, my father gave all his tenderness to his sick eldest daughter (that is, Matsuko's sister).

When he gets home from get off work, he only stays with his eldest daughter;

Buy gifts on holidays, he only buys them for his eldest daughter...

In his eyes, the younger daughter Pineko is like a transparent person.

Only once, my father took Matsuko to the playground unprecedentedly. Matsuko was very happy, but my father was stern throughout the whole process.

As long as you see the circus clown performing, Matsuko imitated the clown to make a face at dad, and dad finally laughed.

Since then, Matsuko began to make faces at her father intentionally or unintentionally, regardless of occasion or timing, and it has been tried and done every time.

In psychology, we call this phenomenon " Conditioned Reflex ".

In Matsuko's heart, she hoped that her father would smile at her. As long as she grimaced, her father would smile.

So invisibly, dad's smile is associated with Matsuko's grimace.

Later generalizes to other aspects of life. When it comes to serious and tense uncomfortable occasions, Matsuko will subconsciously make faces.

For example, when she was bitten by a student who was stole money, the principal criticized her angrily. She was obviously wronged and panicked, but she made a face unconsciously, which made the principal even more angry and directly fired her.

This grimace accompanied Matsuko's life.

For her, this was both a trauma and also proved her deep desire for fatherly love.

cannot compete with my sister

Why did Matsuko long for his father to smile at her?

This is because: the father only has a sick eldest daughter in his eyes, no pine nuts.

We found that there is a special phenomenon in the families of sick children:

replaces children. The concept of

first appeared after World War II , when many Jews were brutally killed.

So when the surviving Jewish parents said to the newborn child, "You are not living for yourself, but for your dead brother, uncle and uncle." They even named the newborn child by the name of the dead relative.

So, the newborn child becomes Replacement of the child

He is no longer himself, but lives on behalf of a dead relative.

Pine nut is also a replacement for children.

Because my father's attention is all on his eldest daughter, he never takes care of Matsuko's needs.

In the eyes of my father, Matsuko is a healthy child who can have a better future. She should take care of her sister's needs and feelings, and should not compete for property and favor with her sister.

So Matsuko cannot truly live out herself, she can only live for her sister.

But she is not willing to be a substitute child, She wants to gain fatherly love and compete with her sister.

Before running away from home, she tightly grabbed her sister's neck and shouted loudly: "You are not pitiful at all. You are so annoying, I am pitiful."

In the family of sick children, healthy children have been neglected by their parents for many years, and there will be a voice in subconscious mind: Then I might as well forget it if I am sick.

To a certain extent, this also caused Matsuko's later depravity because she did not want to be a healthy child.

shadow & blackening

In the movie, Matsuko's fate seems to be attached with a curse, constantly being hurt and constantly moving towards depravity.

jung In his theory, he proposed a concept:

shadow.

That is, each of us has a dark side of human nature that we are unwilling to admit, such as anger, fear, record, sadness, and depression.

But it is not all bad, and the shadows have good parts.

If a person has a particularly strong depressive temperament, his creative nature, such as painting, writing poetry, making music, and composing music, may be different.

In the video, there are also shadowy parts of pine nuts, such as stealing things, lying, being a mistress, being a sex worker, killing people, etc.

She fell deeper and deeper in her shadow. There is another concept in

Jung's theory:

black.

In Matsuko's fate, she could not compete with her sister and was always disliked by her father. She could only ugliness herself by making faces and make her father smile.

This is the beginning of her blackening.

She is actually very beautiful and sings well.

But driven by trauma, she entered an unhealthy intimate relationship again and again, repeating the vicious cycle of her past seducingly beating and scolding herself and abuse herself again and again.

Father’s dislike and neglect of Matsuko is a kind of Destructive trauma

In her destiny, she felt that she was not worthy of having a good life and felt that what was bad was what she deserved.

Therefore, she forms compulsive self-repellent through continuous self-blame, and eventually moves towards self-destruction.

Finally, I want to use the story of Matsuko to say something to girls who have also been unloved since childhood:

No matter what, please love yourself well, be born as a human being, you are very noble.
