Recently, the school released a report on the employment quality of the 2022 graduates.
On the basis of full employment, the employment structure of the 2022 graduates has been continuously optimized and the employment quality has continued to improve. More than 85% of the graduates have chosen to go to key units for employment and entrepreneurship.
Compared with previous sessions, the content is relatively simple, but the employment rate composition data is still relatively detailed and has a high reference value. Thank you to the teachers of the career center for their efforts!
The details are as follows:
1. Employment for the class of 2022
There are 8,003 graduates of Tsinghua University 2022. The male to female ratio is 1.8:1.
(Note: These are archived graduates. In addition, there are nearly 200 students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and nearly 900 international students. They are jointly trained pilots, some MBA/EMBA/MPA students, and some scientific research unit orientation committees. There are nearly 1,600 students who are not in school including Pearson. )
- Among them, 3,197 are undergraduates (39.9%),
- are 2,657 are master’s students (33.2%), and
- are 2,149 are doctoral students (26.9%).
As of October 31, 2022, the graduation destination implementation rate of 2022 graduates is 98.0%.
Among them, the proportion of domestic further study is 28.3%, the proportion of overseas (overseas) further study is 7.1%, the proportion of three-party employment is 52.5%, and the flexible employment proportion is 10.1%
Note: Flexible employment includes: no visa There are four types: signing a tripartite agreement and directly signing ① labor contract employment with the employer, holding ②employer certificate to register employment, ③ self-employment and ④freelancing.

The status of further studies has not been disclosed.
Compared with the previous semester:
- The number of undergraduates entering domestic schools has increased, and the enrollment rate has increased.
- The number of students studying abroad has increased significantly, and is close to the level of the class of 2020, but there is still a significant distance from the 699 people of the class of 2019.
- further study rate increased.
- The number of tripartite agreements increased slightly, and flexible employment decreased significantly.
- The employment rate dropped slightly, mainly because the number of students planning to pursue further studies increased significantly.
