Answer:
(1) Abide by the "Constitution of the People's Republic of China" and laws, love education, and have good ideological and moral character.
(2) Have the physical conditions to engage in education and teaching, and meet the physical examination standards for applying for teacher qualifications.
(3) Candidates who apply for the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination must have corresponding higher education qualifications. The academic qualification certification results of the China Higher Education Student Information Network shall prevail. Please check by yourself before applying. If the academic qualification certification result is not passed, the certification will not be carried out. The academic requirements for applying for each category are as follows:

4. Question: How to determine whether you are a current student or a non-school student? Which grades can current students apply for?
Answer: Current students: full-time ordinary colleges and universities, junior college (including five-year consistent system , "3+2", general Two-year, three-year) graduating students, third-year general undergraduate students and above, junior college-to-bachelor third-year students and above, and third-year preschool education students in provincial kindergarten normal schools, can register at the place of their student registration, household registration, and residence permit. Other school students are not allowed to apply.
Current graduate students are not subject to grade restrictions.

Answer: Step 1: Log in to the "Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination Website" (http://ntce.neea.edu.cn), enter the registration system and select "Henan", click on the Henan Province Written Examination Registration Announcement link on the page to learn more about our province's registration examination policies and related requirements.
Step 2: Register. Before registering for each written test, candidates must register and obtain a login password for the online registration system (the account number is their name and resident ID number), which is valid for the current test.
Candidates are asked to register according to the prompts on the page. Each mobile phone number can only be registered once. Please ensure that the mobile phone number is accurate.
Step 3: Fill in personal information. The candidate must truthfully fill in the information such as name, gender, ID number, household registration, residence permit (no need to fill in if you don’t have a residence permit), whether you are a student, the school you graduated from (currently studying), and your highest academic level.
Step 4: Upload personal photos. Photo requirements: Uncovered, full-face, color, white-background ID photo taken within the past 6 months. The photo shows the upper part of the candidate's head and shoulders. Hats, headscarves, headbands, and sunglasses are not allowed. Photo format is jpg/jpeg, no larger than 200K. The photo will be used for the admission ticket and exam pass certificate. Candidates are required to upload it strictly in accordance with the requirements. If the admission ticket does not contain a photo of yourself, you will not be allowed to take the exam.
Step 5: Register for the written test. Follow the prompts on the page to select the test area, application category and test subjects. When candidates choose the examination area, students enrolled in non-ordinary colleges and universities should choose the provincial and municipality where their household registration is located or where their residence permit is applied for; students enrolled in ordinary institutions of higher learning can choose the provincial and municipality where their school is located, their household registration or residence permit is located. After selecting the application category, candidates must select the exam subjects they apply for at one time.
Step 6: Online review in the examination area. After candidates submit their registration online, each examination area will arrange dedicated personnel to conduct online review within the specified time. The content of the review is whether the information filled in by the candidates applying for the examination is consistent with the application requirements and whether the name and photo information are standardized. Registration will not be subject to on-site review. During the on-site review for qualification determination, if the application does not meet the application conditions or the application information is incorrect, the relevant agency will not approve the application. After submitting the application, candidates must log in to the online application system to check the review status within the review confirmation period. Candidates who fail the review should log in to the registration system in time to check the reasons for failure.
