1. Important tips
1. Candidates should read this announcement carefully before applying, understand the relevant requirements and registration conditions before completing the registration process, fill in basic personal information truthfully and accurately, and be responsible for the authenticity, accuracy and validity of the information filled in and the materials provided. If the examination, certification and other subsequent steps cannot be completed due to reasons such as not meeting the application requirements, not understanding the registration procedures, filling in incorrect information, etc., the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves. Candidates are not allowed to entrust others to register on their behalf.
2. Candidates should choose "Place of household registration" or "Place of residence permit application" to register for the exam. College students can also choose to register for the exam at "Location of current school" . Jinzhong "College Campus Area" examination area only accepts registrations from current students in the college campus..
3. In accordance with the principles of localized and dynamic management of epidemic prevention and control, candidates must pay close attention to and strictly abide by the latest epidemic prevention requirements issued by the examination department of the city where is applied for on the website or WeChat public account (attached), and prepare well before the exam. If you are unable to take the exam due to failure to comply with local epidemic prevention and control requirements, you will be responsible for your own responsibility.
4. The "academic qualifications" in the registration conditions refer to national education series academic qualifications, including various nationally recognized academic qualifications such as general colleges and universities, adult colleges and universities, and self-study examinations.
2. Registration conditions
Applicants must meet the following conditions:
1. Abide by the constitution and laws, love education, and have good ideological and moral character.
2. Chinese citizens who have not reached the national statutory retirement age , have their household registration and are attending school in our province, or hold a valid residence permit issued by the public security authority of our province.
3. Meet the physical examination standards for applying for teacher qualifications in Shanxi Province (see attachment 1).
4. To apply for kindergarten teacher qualifications, one should have a bachelor's degree or above in a kindergarten normal school; to apply for a primary school teacher's qualification, one should have a college degree or above; to apply for a junior middle school, senior middle school, or secondary vocational school teacher qualification, one should have a bachelor's degree or above.
5. Full-time general college third-year students and above, third-year kindergarten students in normal schools, fifth-year higher vocational students ( five-year consistent system , three-two sections ) fifth-year students, junior college to undergraduate first-year students and above Current students and full-time postgraduate students of all grades can apply for the teacher qualification examination at the corresponding academic level, current students of other grades are not allowed to apply; those studying in adult education (self-study examination, TV University , night university , correspondence courses) and online education must graduate and obtain a national education series degree.
6. Those whose teaching qualifications have been revoked shall not register for 5 years; those who have been deprived of political rights, or who have committed intentional crimes and are subject to criminal penalties of fixed-term imprisonment or more shall not register; those who have cheated in the teacher qualification examination and are banned from registering for 1-3 years in accordance with the " National Education Examination Violation Treatment Measures " shall not register during the penalty period.
7. Residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who meet the registration requirements of our province should hold a valid residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents issued by the public security organs of our province, a valid Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents , and a five-year Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan residents to register for the exam in our province.
3. Time schedule
1. Online registration time: January 13-16, 2023 at 17:00;
2. Online review time: January 14-17, 2023 at 17:00;
3. Online Deadline for payment: 24:00 on January 18, 2023;
4. Admission ticket download and printing time: March 6-11, 2023;
5. Written test time: March 11, 2023 ;
6. Written test results release time: April 14, 2023.
IV. Registration process
Registration is divided into three steps: online registration, online review, and online payment.
Step one: Register online
Time: January 13-16, 2023 at 17:00.
1. Candidates who meet the application requirements should log in to the "Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination Network" (http://ntce.neea.edu.cn/) to register online. All candidates (including those who have previously participated in the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination) need to register before registering. Re-registration will not affect the candidates' already obtained written test and interview scores.
2. Each mobile phone number can only be registered once and needs to receive SMS verification first. To register, follow the requirements of the registration system interface, truthfully fill in your registration information, and upload your photo as required. This photo is used for the admission ticket and exam pass certificate. Candidates are asked to choose carefully when uploading photos.
Photo requirements: ID photo taken within the past 6 months ( bareheaded, frontal, color, white background ); hats, headscarves, hairbands, and sunglasses are not allowed; the photo should be in JPG/JPEG format, no larger than 200K; the photo shows the upper part of the candidate's head and shoulders. 3. Candidates can modify their registration information multiple times before the examination department has reviewed it. Once it passes the review, all information cannot be changed. Candidates are asked to carefully check the personal information before submitting the registration information.
Step 2: Online review
Time: January 14-17, 2023 17:00.
1. After candidates register online, the examination departments in each city mainly review whether the candidates' names are filled in in a standardized manner, whether the photos meet the requirements, whether the items to be filled in are complete, etc., and are not responsible for reviewing the candidates' registration conditions. Note: Please use IE browser and clear the cache in time to check the review status in time.
2. Candidates who fail to pass the review can complete the correction of personal information and upload supplementary materials before 12:00 noon on January 17th according to the feedback requirements of the examination area. Overdue application will be regarded as abandonment.
Step 3: Online payment
Deadline: January 18, 2023 24:00.
Candidates can pay online after passing the online review. Those who fail to pay after the due date will be invalid. According to the Provincial Price Bureau and the Provincial Department of Finance's "Notice on the Fee Standards for Teacher Qualification Examination" (Jinjiaifeizi [2015] No. 241), the written examination fee is 65 yuan per person per subject. If you pay repeatedly, the system will automatically refund you later.
5. Exam subjects and time
Note: 1. Mental health education , Japanese, and Russian subjects "Subject Knowledge and Teaching Ability" do not have a written test and will be included in the interview session for assessment.
2. Candidates majoring in music, sports and art must apply for public subjects one and two in the written examination as separately coded subjects (corresponding subject codes 201A, 202A, 301A, 302A). The examination content is temporarily the same as the original subjects. Candidates who have obtained passing scores in subjects 201, 202, 301, and 302 can replace the passing scores in subjects 201A, 202A, 301A, and 302A accordingly; candidates who have obtained passing scores in subjects 201A, 202A, 301A, and 302A cannot replace passing scores in subjects 201, 202, 301, and 302.
3. The written examination subjects for subject knowledge and teaching ability in junior high schools are divided into Chinese, mathematics, English, physics, chemistry, biology, morality and rule of law, history, geography, music, sports and health, art, information technology, history and society, There are 15 science subjects in total; the subject knowledge and teaching ability written test subjects of senior middle schools are divided into 14 subjects in total: Chinese, mathematics, English, physics, chemistry, biology, ideological and political , history, geography, music, sports and health, art, information technology, and general technology.
4. Those who apply for the qualification of teachers of cultural courses in secondary vocational schools must take the various subject examinations for senior middle school teachers. Those who apply for secondary vocational professional course teacher qualifications must take the comprehensive quality and educational knowledge and ability examinations for senior middle school teachers. Subject knowledge and teaching ability will be included in the interview process.
5. All written examination subjects adopt paper-and-pencil examination method. The exam time for each subject is 120 minutes.
VI. Other matters
1. According to the "Education Law of the People's Republic of China", the teacher qualification examination is a "national examination prescribed by law" and is applicable to the provisions related to examination fraud in the "Amendment to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China (Nine)". Candidates should promise to abide by the "Integrity Examination Commitment" when registering. During the examination, they should abide by the examination discipline and obey the management of the examination staff. Candidates' violations will be identified and dealt with in accordance with the "Measures for Handling National Educational Examination Violations" (Ministry of Education Order No. 33). If the circumstances are serious and violate the criminal law , they will be reported to the public security department for handling according to law.
2. No training will be held for the exam, and no teaching materials will be specified. Candidates can log on to the Ministry of Education’s Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination website (http://ntce.neea.edu.cn/) to download the exam syllabus for each subject, and refer to the knowledge points in the exam syllabus to purchase books and review by themselves.
3. The query time for written test results is 4 on April 14th . Candidates can log on to the Ministry of Education’s Primary and Secondary Teacher Qualification Examination website to check their scores. If they have objections to their scores, they can apply for review. Candidates who apply for score review must send the electronic version of their admission ticket, ID card (front and back), application form (see attachment 2) and other materials to the designated email address in the area where they applied (attached) before 18:00 on April 27. The naming format of the application materials is "examination area + name + admission ticket number". Applications for score review will not be accepted after the deadline. After the email is sent successfully, the examination area will automatically reply. Candidates are advised to check whether the email is sent successfully. If the candidate does not receive the automatic reply, please contact the examination area in time. Review is limited to omissions and errors in scoring. The review results will be notified to candidates via email before May 17. For candidates whose reexamination results indicate that their scores are incorrect, the Provincial Recruitment Center will arrange for interview registration.
4. The Teacher Qualification Examination is a national examination uniformly organized by the Ministry of Education. After the candidate’s household registration changes (cross-province), the single subject passing score that has been passed in the original place will still be valid within the validity period.
5. Participating in the teacher qualification examination and obtaining qualified results is only a necessary step in determining the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers. Academic level, physical condition, etc. are all important conditions for determining the qualification of a teacher. Therefore, it is recommended that those who have other conditions that may affect their determination of teacher qualifications apply with caution.
