The Ministry of Education

Inner Mongolia
The Office of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Admissions and Examination Committee has made special arrangements for examination matters, requiring strengthening service guarantees, optimizing services for candidates, promptly informing candidates of the epidemic prevention arrangements for the group examination, and actively providing conveniences for candidates with special difficulties to take the examination. The
examination room is set up in accordance with the "one category, one policy" group examination model, with ordinary examination rooms, isolated examination rooms and emergency examination rooms classified into categories. There is no cross-use of various examination rooms. Before and after each exam, each exam center will disinfect and ventilate the exam room, clean and disinfect public areas such as bathrooms and stairwells, and frequently touched parts such as door handles to provide a healthy and safe exam environment for candidates and exam staff.
Zhejiang
In order to protect the examination rights of each candidate, Zhejiang Province uses big data to monitor the health status of candidates and arrange examination rooms by category. At the same time, in order to solve the difficulties of stranded candidates in taking exams, two rounds of cross-provincial borrowing and testing of were carried out, and nearly 8,000 self-administered test papers were centrally transferred to more than 7,400 borrowing candidates, involving 30 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) across the country. The test papers have been allocated in accordance with confidentiality procedures before the exam.
Member units of the joint meeting such as education, health, disease control, public security, and market have carried out examination environment management through cross-departmental linkage before the examination, enriched the medical staff at the examination site, and will be on joint duty during the examination to jointly create a good examination environment for candidates.
Anhui
In 2023, more than 232,000 candidates have registered for the Anhui Provincial Examination, and the number of applicants has reached a record high; there are 30 registration sites in the province, with a total of 294 test sites, 8,095 test rooms, 43 backup test sites, 818 backup isolation test rooms, and more than 30,000 examination personnel. Before the exam, based on the actual situation of the epidemic prevention group exam, further adjustments were made to add additional test rooms and additional exam staff.
The Anhui Provincial Department of Education organizes candidates to conduct a single-person, single-tube nucleic acid test for free with their admission tickets, and promptly provides the results to various places and schools. Based on the health status of the candidates, the examination rooms are set up in advance according to the nucleic acid test results as needed. At the same time, the role of colleges and universities at the registration points should be brought into play to strengthen psychological counseling for candidates, alleviate their anxiety, and provide necessary help to candidates in aspects such as epidemic prevention and control.
Fujian
Fujian Province has made arrangements for the safety of the 2023 master's degree admissions examination. It requires candidates to be centered on further optimizing and adjusting the epidemic prevention and control plan, making adequate preparations for epidemic prevention before the examination, strengthening personnel management, accurately classifying policies, and properly handling emergencies during the examination process to ensure that the examination will not be affected by the epidemic and that all candidates can take the examination safely and smoothly.
Before the exam, each registration center in Fujian Province opened a green channel for nucleic acid sampling and testing for candidates. Candidates can complete a "single-person, single-tube" nucleic acid test at a designated testing point based on their personal needs with their "Admission Ticket". The nucleic acid sampling and testing work at the college application sites is organized and implemented by each college.
Sichuan
The number of confirmed registrations for the Sichuan Province exam this year is 258,000, a year-on-year increase of of 51.53%. A few days ago, Sichuan Province held a 2023 postgraduate examination group examination epidemic prevention and examination safety work scheduling meeting, deploying "six major special actions" to severely crack down on serious violations and illegal activities such as impersonation and examination fraud.
