At this time, in the empty school of Datun Town Central Primary School , logistics director Wang Hao braved the fluttering snowflakes and the howling north wind as usual, rushing to every classroom and every place, carefully inspecting every corner of the school.
"Now that all teachers and students have switched to online learning, and the school is empty, school building management should be strengthened without any loss." Wang Hao understands deeply, "This is my responsibility, and I can't be careless."
Adhering to his infinite love for education and strict requirements for his own responsibilities, Wang Hao has grown from an ordinary private teacher to a public teacher, and then to the school logistics director, to become a serious and responsible department head. In July 1983, when the heat was unbearable, Wang Hao, a high school graduate, passed the exam and became a private teacher at the Central Primary School of Datun Town, Linhe District.
"I am very honored that my wish to become a teacher since I was a child has finally come true. My more than 30 years of education career has made me deeply feel the significance of my profession. In this sacred profession, my thoughts and understanding have been experienced and improved." Wang Hao couldn't hide his excitement when he mentioned the past.
The school's logistics work is intricate, ranging from a piece of paper and a piece of chalk to the development and construction of a project. He makes plans at least one month in advance and conducts many field visits with his colleagues. From the preparation of the plan, the selection and procurement of items, to the signing of contracts, reimbursement, and the distribution of items... there is no mistake in every link.
"It must be meticulous. Even if a wall chart is skewed on the wall, the image of the school will be greatly compromised. Once the impact is caused, there will be no chance for you to fix the leak again." Wang Hao emphasized.
Even so, you will still encounter many unexpected problems. One early winter, a sudden cold wave swept across the land. The temperature suddenly dropped to minus 11 degrees. The wind was howling, the weather was freezing, and the water was cold. More than 50 camphor trees in the school were about to lose their luster and life in the cold wind. "No, we must work overtime immediately to complete the protection and insulation of camphor trees." Wang Hao found tree insulation items in the shortest possible time. He didn't bother to eat. He simply made a phone call with his family and devoted himself to the protection and insulation of camphor trees. After more than six hours of continuous work, more than fifty camphor trees survived the cold wave safely, but Wang Hao's hands were bruised and bruised by the cold wind.
In the autumn of 2014, Datun Town Central Primary School, as a representative of Linhe District township schools, welcomed the national compulsory education balanced development acceptance. Wang Hao was appointed as the logistics director, and faced more than one or two problems. He brought his bedding to school, brought cooking stoves from home, ate and lived in school, and devoted all his energy and time to the school. After a period of high-intensity labor and an extremely irregular life, he suffered from lumbar degenerative disease.
"At that time, I definitely wanted to go home, and I also thought about stopping to take a rest, but I had no choice because of work. Because it was a critical period at the time, and the acceptance time was getting closer. Now Linhe District has already passed the national acceptance for the balanced development of compulsory education. When I think of this, there is nothing to regret." Speaking of that time that year, Wang Hao said calmly.
"To give students a glass of water, teachers must have a bucket of water, or even a steady stream of living water, long-running water. This steady stream of 'living water' comes from the teacher's usual 'charging', which is to strengthen business learning..." As a veteran teacher, Wang Hao has been working on the front line of education, teaching 14 classes a week. He often uses weekends or winter and summer vacations to read various relevant educational and teaching theories, and actively explores new educational and teaching concepts. He has won many city-level outstanding teaching achievement awards, and the classes he teaches have also been rated as high-quality classes in Linhe District many times.
Teachers are a mirror. Many times their words and deeds can invisibly affect the development of children throughout their lives. Wang Hao sets an example and always leads his children to grow up healthily with a bright mirror.
He requires students to come to school early every day to study. In order to set a good example for students, he always comes to the classroom very early to clean up with students and read early together. If there is anything they cannot do well, he patiently guides students. Over time, children's learning habits and abilities become better and better. I remember one time, a classmate couldn't write a word well, so Wang Hao taught the student step by step until he could write seriously.
"I am willing to be a mirror for students and guide their development invisibly. As long as we stick to one step at a time and guide students in a good direction, children will develop better." Wang Hao often talks about his own experience with the young teachers he teaches.
To lift poor families out of poverty, everyone needs to work together to help them. Poverty alleviation must first support intelligence, and poverty alleviation must first cure poverty. In 2020, the targeted poverty alleviation battle has begun. There is a child named Du Fujun in the class taught by Wang Hao. His parents divorced early and his father is not at home all year round. He and his grandfather are the only ones left in the family. The grandfather is nearly 70 years old. All the family expenses are supported by the elderly grandfather working as a cleaner in the village. The family is very poor. After learning about this situation, Wang Hao first tried every means to get close to the child, trying to make himself a true "friend" and "intimate person" of the child, so that he could truly feel the teacher's care and the warmth of the extended family. Then he conducted irregular home visits. Each time he visited the poor family, he brought milk, oil and grain and other consolation gifts to the poor family, and also sent 500 yuan in consolation money every winter vacation.
"When treating children from poor families, we must not only provide precise assistance in their studies, but also provide condolences and assistance in their lives, so that they can deeply feel that the school has not abandoned them, and society has not abandoned them, so that they can build confidence and grow up healthily." The simple words express Wang Hao's character of great love for his children.

It is because of these small cares that everyone can unite and encourage everyone to do their jobs better." Wang Hao has his own experience in this regard.
A sudden epidemic is raging across the country. Wang Hao actively responded to the call of the Datun Town Government and volunteered to be a community volunteer to serve the community's nucleic acid testing work.
In order to ensure the smooth progress of the nucleic acid testing work, Wang Hao arrived at his post before 4:30 in the morning, made orderly preparations for various tasks, and carried out publicity and mobilization to all the people. During the sampling process, he ensured that on-site sampling was carried out in an orderly, rapid and efficient manner. He has to stick to this position from 4:30 in the morning, and often has to stand for seven or eight hours until he gets off work. Sometimes he is very busy in the middle, and it is difficult to even go to the toilet or drink water. Wang Hao endures the heartbreaking pain in his lumbar spine and persists. The red vest is particularly bright in the cold wind. It is a bright flag!
"As an educator, especially as a party member, I feel that providing high-quality volunteer services to the community is a relatively happy thing. No matter how hard and tiring it is, we still insist on this position. I think it is worth it." Wang Hao's heartfelt speech reflects the noble quality of an excellent teacher.
