2023 National Master's Enrollment Examination (Preliminary Examination) will be held as scheduled from December 24 to 26, 2022. In order to effectively protect the health of candidates and candidates, we hereby remind you to pay attention to relevant matters:
1. Prepare for the exam with peace of mind at the location of the registration site, try to minimize the mobile
Please allow candidates who have not returned to the location of the registration site to prepare for the exam in advance; candidates who are already at the location of the registration site should strictly abide by the relevant regulations and requirements for local epidemic prevention and control, take good personal health protection, and do not move across regions unless necessary; try to avoid going to public places with high mobility in the population; do not participate in gathering activities, relax and focus on preparing for the exam.
2. Do a good job in health management before the exam, and update health registration in a timely manner
3. Report the verification results in truth, and arrange the examination room for examination
Candidates must provide the nucleic acid test report within 72 hours before the exam. On the morning of December 21, candidates will go to the announced nucleic acid testing point to conduct a free single-person single-tube nucleic acid test sampling with the admission ticket according to their local arrangements, and register the nucleic acid test results in the "Anhui Provincial Study and Examination Candidate Health Information Registration System" before 10:00 on the 22nd. Each registration center will classify and arrange the examination room based on the results of this nucleic acid test and the relevant data of the health registration system to ensure that all the exams are taken. Candidates with positive nucleic acid results will be rescheduled to take the exam in the isolation examination room through a special channel. If candidates with negative nucleic acid results experience abnormal body temperature measurement when entering the venue and still have abnormality after retest, they will take the exam in a designated backup examination room. Candidates with abnormal health during isolation and treatment should report the relevant situation to the registration center in advance, and the registration center will provide relevant assistance to the examination.
Please be sure to fill in the nucleic acid test results truthfully. If the nucleic acid test is not conducted as required or the online report is not filled in truthfully, it will affect the normal entrance examination.
4. Comply with epidemic prevention regulations and obey the test site arrangements. On the day of the test, candidates are asked to arrive at the test site as early as possible in accordance with the requirements of the local application site, and cooperate with epidemic prevention, identity verification and body temperature measurement. During the first exam, candidates must hand over the paper version of the "Anhui Province 2023 National Master's Examination Candidate Health Examination Commitment Letter" (Appendix 1) to the examination room invigilator. Candidates must wear medical surgical masks or above when entering the test site. After entering the test site, they insist on taking personal protection. It is recommended to wear masks throughout the process. Candidates in special and emergency examination rooms must wear them throughout the process. Candidates must not affect their identity verification because wearing masks.
If candidates experience respiratory tract symptoms such as fever and cough during the exam, please immediately report to the test site staff and obey the test site emergency response arrangements. At the end of the exam, candidates must arrange the test site and leave the site in an orderly manner, keep the personnel distance, be not crowded, and be stranded and gathered in the test site and examination site.
5. Open up contact channels and pay attention to relevant information in a timely manner
Please pay attention to the changes in the local epidemic situation in a timely manner (see Attachment 2 for inquiry channels). At the same time, please check the information and text message notifications published by the provincial examination institute and the official websites of the registration point, and keep the contact between the mobile phone number filled in when registering. If there is any emergency before the candidate is approaching the exam, please take the initiative to report to the registration point for comprehensive analysis and proper arrangements.
