The first time I came into contact with the word "Constitution" was when the primary school Chinese teacher told us: "The Constitution of our country stipulates that the national flag of the People's Republic of China is a five-star red flag..." From then on, I formed an indissoluble bond with the Constitution.
When I was young, the school held a flag-raising ceremony every Monday morning, watching the national flag rising slowly in the sunshine, and the students sang the national anthem loudly, the national flag, the national anthem, and the national emblem, all from the Constitution. The Constitution stipulates that the national flag of the People's Republic of China is the five-star red flag, and the national anthem is the "March of the Volunteers", and the capital is Beijing.
During the postgraduate study, I went to the grassroots courts in my hometown for internships and followed the judges to go to the countryside and schools for legal publicity and education. The judges told their children and their parents that reading is the right and obligation of our Chinese citizens, and children must study. Article 46 of the " Constitution of the People's Republic of China" stipulates that citizens of the People's Republic of China have the right and obligation to receive education.
In May 2021, I became a Communist Party member. At the oath meeting, the teacher solemnly told us that Article 1, Paragraph 2 of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China stipulates: Socialist system is the fundamental system of the People's Republic of China. The leadership of the Communist Party of China is the most essential feature of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
Now, I have become an assistant judge of Guancheng Court. In my future work and life, I will continue to actively promote and publicize the spirit of the Constitution, establish the authority of the Constitution, and strive to influence the people to become loyal advocates, conscious abides and firm defenders of the socialist rule of law, and create a rule of law atmosphere that abides by the Constitution.

This year marks the ninth National Constitution Day. I recall the self who was full of confidence when choosing the law, with lofty ideals for China's rule of law construction, and resolutely devoted himself to the legal cause.
In the blink of an eye, the judge has been in the quota for four years. What we cannot forget most is the oath scene of the national flag and the constitution that day we entered. We raised our right hand high and decided to devote our lives to the cause of rule of law at that moment, and unswervingly let every people feel fairness and justice in the case.
Judge's quota is not only an honor and mission, but also a responsibility and responsibility. During my days as a judge, I knew very well that our judicial power was independent and fair, and was given to us by the Constitution. The process of every judge exercising his judicial power is the process of achieving fairness and justice. In order to understand the case thoroughly, we have reviewed and judged the case in large quantities; in order to ensure the quality of judgment documents, we have to ponder each word; in order to resolve conflicts and disputes and turn wars into pleasing, we often have to persuade and persuade and persuade them patiently and meticulously. Although it is very hard, I understand that this is a loyal commitment to "being dedicated to the people" as a party member, and it is also a judge's duty to fulfill his duties. Whenever the parties who walk out of the court can shake hands and make peace, a sense of accomplishment will always surge in my heart.
As the judicial organ of the state, the people's courts bear the important responsibility of maintaining social stability and economic development. As a grassroots judge, the first priority is to study the Constitution seriously, implement the spirit of the Constitution in judicial practice, and through your unremitting efforts, the people can feel fairness and justice in every judicial case. In the wave of comprehensively promoting the rule of law, we must be brave and dare to take responsibility, practice the solemn oath of the people's judges with a high sense of responsibility and mission, and truly become the defenders of the Constitution.
