Red Net Time Zhangjiajie December 6 (Correspondent Nie Rui, Zhou Ya, Chen Yihong) On December 5, Zhangjiajie Beimen Primary School grandly held the second Second Teachers' Congress to "Come to New Challenges and Create New Glory", with a total of 9 delegations and 58 teacher representatives participating.
In order to better fulfill the responsibilities of the representatives of the teaching congress, before the teaching congress was held, the school’s teaching congress representatives went deep into various offices and widely listened to the opinions and suggestions of teachers from all grade groups and offices, and the teachers actively offered suggestions for the development of the school. On the day of the
meeting, Comrade Zhao Wenping, deputy secretary of the school, delivered a "School Work Report", reviewing the achievements made by the school under the correct leadership of its superiors over the past year through the joint efforts of all teachers and students from the aspects of school party building, school management, teacher ethics construction, moral education achievements, teaching results, and characteristic school management. The report is comprehensive and pragmatic, distinctive and exciting. The school secretary and principal Chen Jicai gave objective and comprehensive answers to the representatives' proposals, put forward ideas, methods and measures to solve some problems that the masses are concerned about, and also gave necessary explanations for some proposals that do not meet the conditions for implementation.
At this teaching congress, it truly embodies harmony and democracy, and seek truth and be pragmatic. The teachers communicated their feelings, further mobilized the enthusiasm of the majority of teachers and staff, enhanced their sense of responsibility and mission of loving their jobs, mastered policies, played the role of participating in politics and making decisions, and achieved the expected results.
