December 4, 2022 is the ninth National Constitution Day in my country. Focusing on the theme of the fifth constitutional publicity week "Study, publicize and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and promote the comprehensive implementation of the Constitution" activity, in order to further enhance the legal awareness of teachers and students in school and create a strong campus rule of law culture atmosphere, the prosecutor of the People's Procuratorate of Qianfeng District, Guang'an City, Sichuan Province visited Guang'an Qianfeng Siyuan Experimental Primary School to carry out the "Walking with the Constitution" constitutional publicity activities on campus.
In the rule of law class, the legal prosecutor used vivid and lively language to explain to the students the history of the formulation of the Constitution, the basic content, the far-reaching historical significance of the 40 years of implementation, and through questions and discussion, he explained to everyone in detail how the Constitution stipulates the rights and obligations of citizens in exchanges and interactions. Subsequently, the prosecutor took hot topics that were of interest to students such as "Campus Safety" as the starting point, combined with the real cases handled, and explained the law through cases and analyzed the case by using the law, deepened the students' understanding and mastery of legal knowledge, enhanced the students' rule of law concept and rule of law thinking, and laid a good foundation for the rule of law for building a safe and harmonious campus environment.
