Recently, the "4th 'Xian Teachers and Integrity' Cup School Teaching and Research Activities" in Anju District, Suining City, a two-week "Juxian Junior High School" came to an end at Juxian Junior High School. The activity aims to further guide teachers to implement the new curriculum standards concept, accurately grasp subject evaluation, and improve teachers' professional qualities and teaching level.
This teaching and research activity is presented in various forms, including: regular classes, micro classes, interpretation of new curriculum standards and question-telling. Among them, the newly succeeded teachers show regular classes, the teaching and research group recommends teachers to participate in micro-classes, and the subject backbone teachers interpret the new curriculum standards and explain questions. A total of 16 teachers participated in the competition.

After the competition, each teacher organizes self-evaluation and mutual evaluation: the lecturer reflects on the classroom and summarizes the gains and losses; the comments on the teacher point out the improvements and words are earnest; the listener teacher speaks enthusiastically and expresses his own opinions.
Finally, 3 first prizes, 4 second prizes and 6 third prizes were awarded in this event.
