From November 15 to 18, 2022, the Municipal Institute of Education and Science organized key teachers to carry out the "Strengthening Course Improvement and Quality of Teaching and Research Assistance" activity in Zouping City, Boxing County and Bincheng District .
In this event, the Municipal Education and Science Institute organized a backbone teacher of six subjects who participated in the provincial and municipal high-quality course selection. After continuous preparations for lessons, it brought vivid lesson examples of "teaching and researching together" to teachers in three counties, cities and districts. Six teachers who delivered classes were presented on the same stage with the coaching teachers selected by three counties, cities and districts, integrating new teaching concepts into the teaching process. After the classroom observation, the teacher who delivered the class conducted a special report on improving the teaching quality based on his own teaching reality. The teacher listened to the teacher and the teacher gave the class to evaluate the lessons.
This teaching activity for famous teachers provides teachers in relevant subjects in Zouping City, Boxing County and Bincheng District with an opportunity to have close-range contact with famous teachers around them. It has a strong leadership, radiation and driving effect, and will encourage teachers to continuously explore new methods and new ways to improve teaching effectiveness and continuously improve their teaching skills. Through the implementation of teaching and teaching activities, we will drive teaching and research exchanges between counties, cities and districts, and make positive contributions to solidly promote the balanced development of urban and rural education, give full play to the demonstration and leading role of famous teachers, and better promote the high-quality development of education.
