(hereinafter referred to as "Squirrel Ai") and the Ministry of Education Key Laboratory of Data Science and Smart Education of Hainan Normal University officially signed a joint laboratory cooperation agreement. The two parties will work together to create the "Smart Education Ministry of Education Key Laboratory -Joint Laboratory", contributing value to the high-quality development of Hainan Province's education cause and helping universal education and educational equity.

According to the cooperation agreement, Squirrel Ai will cooperate with Hainan Normal University in the field of smart education, smart campus, and smart hardware in Hainan Province to improve the teaching ability, information literacy and international literacy of teachers in Hainan Province, improve teachers' cognition and practical application level in AI teaching, and use artificial intelligence to promote the professional development of the teacher team.
Both parties will jointly develop an intelligent adaptive teaching system that is suitable for the local needs of Hainan Province based on AI algorithms, knowledge graphs and big data, and promote the implementation of personalized teaching quality improvement plans for teaching in accordance with the aptitude of education in Hainan, thereby improving the overall level of basic education in Hainan Province.
In order to fully support the education evaluation reform project and help Hainan improve the height and internationalization of data science and smart education majors, the two sides will jointly organize and invite top AI and AI education experts and scholars around the world to conduct relevant topic research and hold relevant topic seminars.
Hainan Normal University’s Key Laboratory of Data Science and Smart Education was approved for construction in May 2019 and passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Education in December 2021.
