In 2003, Liu Anhua graduated from Central South University and then went to Hunan Vocational College of Science and Technology to work as a counselor. The school handed him over three difficult classes at once. He was not afraid of the difficulties, actively innovated the class management model, established a "class federation", effectively combining counselors with class management, management of various departments of the department student union, between classes, and between counselors. Not only did he manage his own classes well, but he also improved the management efficiency of all counselors.
