Xinying School District, in view of the lack of experience in pinyin literacy teaching in lower grades and composition teaching in higher grades, has specially invited Gansu Provincial Mandarin tester, Linxia Prefecture subject leader, Longquan Primary School, Ma Yanfang, Xiguan Primary School's state-level outstanding teacher and state-level backbone teacher, and Yan Yali, a young backbone teacher of Longquan Primary School, to carry out observation classes and special lectures at Gangou Gate School. Some Chinese teachers of Xinji School were also participating in this event.

During the event, Ma Yuying from Xiguan Primary School took a composition observation class. The classroom design of this class is novel and the teaching intention is clear. Teachers can use rhetoric, association and other methods to guide students to write small animals more vividly, and prompt students to try to use various techniques to write down the most eye-catching characteristics of small animals.

Longquan Primary School Yan Yali's Pinyin Observation Class Based on the age characteristics of first-grade students and in line with the principle of "let children learn pinyin in a relaxed and happy atmosphere", Teacher Yan used pre-class rhythms, small games and other methods to fully mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning, allowing students to master knowledge in a relaxed and pleasant classroom atmosphere.

Then, Ma Yuying from Xiguan Primary School gave a special lecture on composition teaching. In the context of 's new curriculum reform , in order to implement the core literacy requirements of primary school Chinese, Teacher Ma talked about allowing students to build and apply language through reading and create opportunities for display and communication for students. I believe that teaching combining reading and writing can effectively improve students' language ability and humanistic literacy. Ma Yuying also gave all the students in Grade 4 (3) to write reading notes, encouraging students to read more, take notes well, and strive to improve their Chinese writing skills.

Ma Yanfang from Longquan Primary School gave a special lecture on pinyin teaching, which inspired teachers to think deeply about pinyin teaching.

At the summary meeting, the head of Xinji School combined with teaching experience, recommended that teachers conduct in-depth analysis and reflection on each class, carefully summarize every teaching link, and learn through continuous reflection.

Finally, the person in charge of Xinying School District made a summary. When guiding students to learn pinyin, only when teachers teach and truly master the pronunciation of the initials, finals and tones of Mandarin can they guide students to correctly distinguish syllables. Again, senior teachers should pay attention to students' reading and composition training. Only by taking good reading notes in daily life can we help improve students' writing skills.

Through this activity, it has enhanced cooperation and exchanges between urban and rural schools, created good learning and communication opportunities for teachers, and inspired teachers to strive to improve their own educational and teaching level through continuous summary and reflection!
