The provincial unified cultural subject examination fee standards refer to the relevant regulations on registration for the general college entrance examination. Undergraduate colleges organize their own vocational skills tests to implement them in accordance with the charging standards for professional skills course certificate examinations (Guangzhou Price Letter [2003] No. 12 and Guangdong Price Letter [2003] No. 63).
4. Admissions plan preparation
In principle, the "3+ certificate" examination and enrollment plans of each college shall not be lower than 25% of the provincial enrollment plan applied for this year (excluding 32-segment collaborative education projects to junior colleges and higher vocational colleges and higher vocational colleges and 5-year continuous transfer, the same below) applied for this year.
All colleges and universities must log in to the "Guangdong Province Ordinary College Enrollment Source Plan Online Compilation System" within the specified time, and prepare the enrollment plan according to the school's professional group. The enrollment plan must be announced specifically to each major. It will be summarized by the Provincial Admissions Office and will be announced in the "Guangdong Province 2023 General College Spring College Entrance Examination Unified Enrollment Major Catalog (Secondary Vocational Student Edition)" (referred to as the "Enrollment Major Catalog").
Colleges and universities are divided into several professional groups based on the certificate requirements and admission characteristics of the admission major. The certificate requirements and admission characteristics of each major in the same college and major group must be the same. The same major can only be in one major group in the university.
Vocational colleges recruit retired soldiers and candidates, with separate plans, separate lines, and separate admissions. Shunde Vocational and Technical College and other 28 higher vocational colleges (see Appendix 2 for details) arrange admission plans to recruit retired soldiers candidates.
Vocational colleges recruit fresh graduates from the mainland Tibet Xinjiang secondary vocational classes (including students from Qinghai Tibet), and make separate plans, separate lines, and separate admissions.
5. Fill in the application form
In 2023, our province will continue to implement the application form after the exam, and the specific time and requirements for filling out the application form are notified separately. The application application is divided into two batches of undergraduate and junior colleges, and the application application is filled in at the same time. Secondary and higher vocational college students can only fill in the undergraduate application level of the general higher education institutions.
When filling out your application form, you must carefully check the admission regulations of the school you intend to apply for and the professional information of the school you intend to apply for, and learn in detail about the certificate requirements of the major you intend to apply for, the major requirements for the school's major in secondary vocational school, and the admission characteristics, and choose the appropriate major to apply for. If the candidate is rejected because he does not meet the requirements for filling out the application major, the consequences shall be borne by the candidate.
6. File admission
(I) Minimum control score line
Provincial Admissions Committee determines the minimum control score line for admission in each batch according to a certain proportion of the total scores of the unified cultural subject examination (Chinese, mathematics, English).
(II) Admission batch and filing principle
1. The "3+ certificate" examination admissions are divided into undergraduate batch and junior college batch. The undergraduate batch is only approved after the admission to the junior college batch.
2. Undergraduate batch college filing. At the minimum control score for undergraduate batch admission, the Provincial Admissions Office will submit the candidates who meet the certificate requirements of the enrollment major and who pass the professional skills test to colleges and universities based on the application filled in by the candidates. The college will combine the total score (full score of 450 points) according to the ratio of 5:4:1 (50% of the provincial unified cultural subject test scores, 40% of the vocational skills test scores, and 10% of the skill certificate conversion scores). The conversion score of the skill certificate accounts for 10% of the total score (i.e. the full score is 45 points). The certificate requirements and conversion methods are studied and determined by each enrollment institution and announced to the public in advance.
3. Colleges and universities follow the principle of parallel voluntary filing. The total score of the candidates' unified cultural subject examination is searched from high to low. Those with high rankings are given priority, and then the candidates fill out the candidates' choices for the college and professional group. After filing, the admissions institution shall be admitted in batches based on the admission principles announced by the admissions regulations and according to the candidate's professional application and relevant certificates.
4. Retired soldiers candidates and fresh graduates from the Xinjiang secondary vocational classes in Tibet, Mainland China (including students from the Tibetan areas of Qinghai) apply for higher vocational colleges, and the minimum admission scores are set separately. Among the candidates who are admitted to the minimum admission scores set by the Provincial Admissions Committee, each higher vocational college will choose the best candidates based on the admission principles of the college.
5. Retired soldiers who are self-employed, veterans who have won the second-class merits or above during their service or have been awarded honorary titles by major military district (inclusive) or above units, can add 5 points to the total score of their cultural course unified examination scores.
(III) volunteer recruitment
For the unfinished enrollment plan of junior college batch enrollment institutions, the Provincial Admissions Office will organize the recruitment of volunteer admissions. Undergraduate batch colleges will not conduct voluntary admissions.
7. Time schedule
Note: According to the actual work, if there are any adjustments to the above time schedule,
