In order to enrich students' extracurricular life and stimulate students' interest in sports, on October 14, the school continued to carry out after-school service basketball interest group activities as always.
At the beginning of this interest group, the school formulated a basketball interest class work plan based on the characteristics of the students and the actual situation of the players. The teaching content of each club activity is determined, mainly based on basic skills such as transportation, transmission, reception, and investment, as well as sports training . On the training ground, the players were full of energy and used standard warm-up exercises to kick off the basketball class, striving to be targeted and achieve practical results, so that students can truly fall in love with basketball and sports.
