The establishment of all famous teachers' rural workstations is aimed at the most direct, most concerned and most realistic issues. It is adapted to local conditions and set up stations according to needs, so that rural schools can "eat some food" and put their work into the key points. The function of the

In May 2016, the Changsha Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government issued the "Implementation Rules of Changsha Rural Teacher Support Plan (2016-2020)".
The Implementation Rules clearly state that in-service teachers in Changsha County, Wangcheng District, Liuyang City , and Ningxiang County, will be issued in township work subsidies for rural teachers townships according to three types of situations, and the principal can increase the distribution standard by 100-300 yuan per person according to the three types of situations. The teachers of the remote townships in Liuyang City and Ningxiang County can increase the distribution standard by another 100 yuan per person per month.
At the same time, Changsha also unified and improved the construction standards for urban and rural primary and secondary schools, the per-student public funding standards and the staffing standards.
