Recently, the 2022 Yunnan Vocational College Skills Competition (Vocational Group) - the "Tarui Cup" Human Resources Management Competition was successfully concluded at the High-tech Campus of Yunnan Transportation Vocational and Technical College. The competition is hosted by Yunnan Provincial Department of Education , co-organized by the Yunnan Provincial Higher Vocational College Practical Teaching Steering Committee, Yunnan Enterprise Human Resources Management Association as a cooperative unit, and hosted by Yunnan Communications Vocational and Technical College School of Economics and Management . A total of 26 participating teams from 15 vocational colleges and nearly 150 teachers and students participated.
The competition is divided into three categories. The competition includes six major modules such as human resources planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, salary design, and labor relations management, which simulate the effective application of human resources strategies in the business management process of enterprise. The competition comprehensively examines the professional qualities, teamwork, and the ability to combine theory and practice of the participating teams, and realizes the connection between vocational education and teaching and social applied talents.
During the competition, in order to build a platform for sharing and communication between participating colleges and universities, the college organized four "online + offline" academic forums on the cutting-edge of human resources management and cutting-edge of education. "Design of Three Practical Paths of Digital Transformation of Human Resources" by Wang Bin, Hucai Printing Group Human Resources Director , Zhu Ying, General Manager of Shanghai Tarui Software, gave a lecture on "New Ecology of Human Resources Management Teaching Services in the Digital Era", Liu Jianjun, an expert in the revision of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security's Vocational Ceremony and deputy chairman of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Integration Working Committee, gave lecture on "Revision of the National Vocational Ceremony and Digital Vocational Research Achievements", and Liu Genxian, the Director of Human Resources of Dongpeng Special Drink, gave lecture on "Digitalization Drives HRSSC Construction".
According to the introduction, the "Tarui Cup" Human Resources Management Competition has always adhered to the talent training requirements of cultivating morality and cultivating moral skills, promoted the high-quality development of modern vocational education, and cultivated more high-quality technical and skilled talents for the society. Based on the concept of "competing to achieve level, competition to achieve style, and vocational education", the competition has built a platform for mutual communication and learning for higher vocational colleges in the province. At the same time, it promotes comprehensive education of "job class competition and certificate competition", converts competition professional knowledge, practical training tutorials, corporate cases, etc. into resource library materials, and builds a rich cloud platform teaching resource system, which can also be used in daily professional teaching of various higher vocational colleges, so that skill competition resources can truly achieve full coverage and truly achieve the goal of vocational education facing everyone and society.
