It's time for me. I got a copy of the English test compiled by Hawen a long time ago and did some roughly before 2005. It was so beautiful that I felt that English was not as difficult as my senior brother and sister (actually, it was only after 2007). 1, vocabulary.
The importance of vocabulary has been mentioned earlier. Before I started the postgraduate entrance examination, I memorized it about it and felt that I knew it, so I didn’t memorize it anymore. It’s not that it’s useless. Sometimes, some words are spoken but can’t remember them, which means they don’t stimulate the brain enough. But I personally think that in this situation, it is better to do questions and write new words through reading.
For example, I have been reading at least one article a day, and then accumulated all the words that I don’t know what to do with the key points. This benefit has been mentioned earlier. Memorizing vocabulary in vocabulary books has many disadvantages, which may cause confusion and be unfavorable to the cultivation of English thinking, because there is a lack of comparison between synonyms and there is generally no English explanation.
The teacher also has certain vocabulary focus when setting questions. He has done these real questions and Zhang Jian’s reading, and his vocabulary is excellent. But you must understand it well, otherwise there will be more people who understand it. If you do it wrong, the teacher may have asked questions about students' Chinese thinking.
And those who still have to memorize words from Abandon, actually, how should we say it? It is good to have dreams, but we need to measure the input and output of time. After all, the line is on the line, and of course we feel that there is potential, so we can run together.
2. Syntax.
I personally think there is not much grammar to review. One key is to grasp the predicate of the main sentence. All sentences are almost the same. Then, in terms of details, it is to find a good modification relationship, such as commonly used participles and with as attributives. You don’t need to know the grammatical name, just understand it. These can be translated into difficult sentences by yourself when reading them, and then compare them with the reference answers to see where your understanding is biased.
3. Read.
Reading is usually interspersed with vocabulary comprehension, either synonyms are replaced or comprehension deviation is created. The first two options can be used to find the answers according to a sentence or paragraph of the original text. It is the previous thinking that has deceived many people. I think several questions for reading in the postgraduate entrance examination need to be grasped throughout.
I usually get the paper, first of all, give each article a label, and then read it, and roughly grasp the main content and structure of the article, which is generally a logical structure.For example, if you want to win, you should suppress it first. Why pay attention to this? Because some options are often excluded based on the meaning of the whole article, especially the author's point of view.
When reading articles, I will habitually mark people’s names, place names and important publications. In addition to helping you clarify ABC’s views, these will also reduce the time to find corresponding points when doing questions. When doing the test, no corresponding point is found for each option, especially when the model is equal, it is the most dangerous.
4. Translation.
Translation may be the one I am most proud of. It took me a long time to grasp the scale of translation. The most awesome state of translation, Yan Fu said, is in a profound and elegant . There is another contradiction between free translation and literal translation.
Complied with Mr. Yan Fu's words, the letter is to find points for selection, such as keywords and phrases. I believe that if you do too many questions, you will have an understanding. This part must not be done too many unnecessary retellings. For example, articulate means "clear expression", and the conciseness of the transformation is "explanation". Da means being able to accurately say the meaning of the sentence without major deviations in understanding, such as misplacing the modifier. Ya may be a little more Chinese.
I usually read it once, and roughly know the meaning of the sentence (it is converted into Chinese), and then think about how we express this meaning in daily expressions. Finally, we translate it roughly according to the points, and then use word replacement to reduce oral expression and conform to the style of the article.
Some other techniques, such as converting nouns and verbs to each other, adjusting the order of sentences before and after, and chatting in detail on reply. The highest level of translation is that I think it is to be bold and meticulous in literal translation and free translation, dare to adjust according to the meaning, and pay attention to the grasp of points.
5. Composition.
The first article, be familiar with those different topics. Adjust the language style according to different themes to achieve authenticity. I am not a master of composition, because if I calculate correctly, my composition and translation should be around 27~30. For example, it is more appropriate to use sincerely when letters are written, and it is more appropriate to use yours.
The habit at the beginning of the second article is to comment on this phenomenon first, so that it will appear more natural and make the teacher feel that you are attentive. But I think the composition depends on personal habits, and I didn’t say that mine is definitely good. I just need to find my own style, train more, discuss with my classmates more, and see where it is prone to problems.
Don’t be tense and voice, or finally make a clause, write the logical subject into the clause, and use pronouns in the main sentence. Such small details, but very fatal mistakes, will affect the score. But don't worry, everyone has low scores.
