8. Participated in the compilation of technical standards and technical specifications at or above the municipal level, and has promulgated and implemented them, and has relevant supporting documents.
9. The host or as the top five completed person has solved major technical problems in the company, filled a gap in a certain technical field in the industry, or made a significant improvement in technology, and passed the relevant acceptance.
