The class teacher is the chief tutor of the class and the core force of school education. In order to strengthen the construction of the class teacher team and give full play to the guiding role of the class teacher in moral education, on the afternoon of September 28, our school held the first class teacher growth salon activity this semester.
"The Book of Songs·Weifeng" contains "Looking at the Qiao, the green bamboo is lush. There are gentlemen, like cutting and learning, like polishing and grinding." The head teacher of our school is named "Green Bamboo Floor" and uses the apartment of " Book of Songs " to aim to grow together through exchanges and discussions among members. The
activity was hosted by intern psychology teacher Ke Yanan. First, the host asked the class teacher to write "The ideal class teacher salon form in my mind" in the form of a questionnaire, and then exchanged the questionnaire and exchanged ideas. The class teachers hope that the salon can provide a relaxed and free interactive platform, through rich activities and sharing classic cases and management experience in educational practice, solve the educational confusion of the class teachers and provide better conditions for the professional development of the class teachers.
Because the class teacher is hard and stressful in his daily work, the salon specially designed a game interactive link aimed at reducing stress and relaxing and enhancing teamwork awareness.
In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, the class teachers expressed their opinions on class management issues since the start of school, and put forward their own suggestions on the intensity of students' regular management, handling procedures for violations, and flexible management of special circumstances.
Education requires sentiment and warmth, and requires the intelligent communication between educators and the collision of sparks.
