Court Interview Announcement
Welcome to the Heshan District Court!
According to the "Announcement of the Recruitment and Employment System Clerk of the People's Court of Heshan District, Yiyang City" issued by this court, after registration, qualification review, written examination, skill test and other procedures, the list of interviewers will now be entered and the interview related matters notified as follows:
1. List of interview finalists
For details, please refer to the "Comprehensive Results Statistics Table of Written Test and Skill Test for the Recruitment System of the People's Court of Heshan District, Yiyang City" (see attached table).
2. Interview time and location
(1) Time: September 28, 2021 (Tuesday) afternoon.
(2) Venue: Small conference room on the seventh floor of People's Court of Heshan District, Yiyang City.
III. Interview method and procedure
(1) Interview method
The interview adopts structured interview . The interview time is 10 minutes, with a full score of 100. Those with an interview score below 60 will not be accepted.
(2) Interview procedure
1. At 2:30-2:50 pm on September 28, candidates should wear masks and present their original valid ID cards ( electronic ID card cannot be used as a substitute), normal body temperature, The health code and itinerary code are both green codes before entering the waiting room. Candidates must complete the health check and arrive at the waiting room before 3:00 pm on the same day. Those who do not arrive at the waiting room at 3:00 pm on the same day will be deemed to have given up their qualification for interview.
2. After the staff announces the examination room discipline, the candidates start the interview and draw lots.
3. Interviews will start at 3:00 pm. Candidates will conduct interviews in turn under the guidance of the staff in the order of lottery.
4. The interview judges will score the candidates on the spot after the interview.
5. Candidates’ interview scores are rounded to the nearest two decimal places.
6. After the interview, candidates go to the waiting area to wait for the receipt of their interview result notice.
IV. Precautions
(1) Candidates need to present their original health code and itinerary status code with a valid ID card (not to be replaced by an electronic ID card), and the examination room staff can check that they are normal before entering Waiting area.
(2) Candidates should pay attention to personal hygiene in the examination room. They are not allowed to wear professional clothing and do not bring any items into the interview examination room.
(3) Candidates must leave the test center immediately after receiving their interview score notification and are not allowed to stay nearby.
(4) Candidates are asked to keep communication unblocked before entering the test center to facilitate contact.
